This is one of those independent liquor stores that gouged their customers for years with ridiculous prices, and is now singing the blues, because King Soopers next-door can sell wine. Cry me a river. Crappy selection, high prices, and crappy service. And this is the sign they have when you go in. says everything you need to know about the ownership.

7pm on a Friday and I was the only customer. There were no High Noons on the shelf. I did what a normal human with common sense would do and walked into the freezer where I found a huge stack of High Noons. I picked up a case and walked out. The one employee who was helping no customers rushed to the back, and abruptly told me the freezer was for employees only.. it was almost as if I was going for the cash drawer. After processing the interaction, I walked to the front and told him I would no longer be shopping there after how he handled the situation and recommended that he stock the shelves. It’s somewhat sad as I’m sure most people were shopping for their drinks at the King Soopers next-door. Are the freezer rules really that important ?

Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. 3 Rock Liquors is poorly managed and maintained. Every time I have shopped here the products either have no price label or the label is incorrect. Several times I have been surprised when the price at the register is different than the price on the shelf label. This is normally because they have stocked the wrong product under that label. When brought to the employees attention they don’t seem to care.

The staff is always so nice at this store! Owner Amber is a hoot, and one of the most genuine people you will meet! This is a great location to serve the community, and they have a huge selection! I love seeing the beer from Crabtree Brewing Company in Greeley!

I just went to this liquor store on 5/7/2023 at 9:30 pm and the guy in there was extremely rude & the senior women who is there on the weekends seems untrained and really doesn’t know what she’s doing, extremely slow at checking people out it takes her about 5 minutes per person, I hate to be harsh I usually don’t leave reviews but the customer service here is unacceptable

My experience here was extremely terrible I was harassed by one of the employees for wearing a mask and was asked to remove it. When I kept my mouth shut about it and complied he continued to push the mask issue even after he verified my identity. It is my right just as much to wear a mask as people who choose not to. I have small children who I am currently trying to protect so I chose to wear a mask in public. I should have just left. I will never support this establishment again.

Initially I thought this was a good place. It does have a good selection. The problem is they have no clue what customer service is. I was holding several bottles, standing behind the only guy left at the counter. He and the guy minding the store were chatting each other up, for a few minutes, which isn't long, unless you have several pounds of bottles in your arms. When I got to the counter, I told him he should've told his friend to move aside and let him tend to the next customer while still chatting. He told me to just chill out (several times) implying that -I- was at fault for not having more patience. Sorry, that is NOT good customer service. Sure, his friend is probably happy with having time to chat, but, again, they could've chatted for much longer, and finished my sale at the same time. Sorry. Never going back.
