Elizabeth in the pharmacy, long black hair, if you are looking at her, she has a black nose hoop on the left side of her face, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY skinny.RUDE, SHORT with answering me, literally does not know me, never seen me before and she treated me like dirt. She is lucky I’m here to get antibiotics and pain killers for my infected tooth so I can’t really tell or tell her off cuz I’m in too much pain and my face is swollen! For the love of god, get that “person” out of customer service! She is terrible.

My man prescription was sent there at 1pm today I called you guys and you said that you didn’t have his name on file which that was a lie called the hospital which they told me hey did send it to you call you up again you guys found his name and second give me a couple of min I’ll have it filled went there and told me that it will be ready on Monday it’s like if you guys don’t like your job then find something else to do instead on screwing with ppl health cuz we all need our medicine so do your job right you guys are horrible and on top of it they didn’t give my man the right prescription cuz a prescription doesn’t come in a white small bottle with a concealer on the inside of the cap it’s probably a over the counter medicine never again will we go there anymore

I don't know what happend with Walgreens, but the customer service is ridiculous. I was on hold for the pharmacy for over 30mins starting at 9am... it went from being on hold to ringing to being on hold... never got ahold of anyone... I've noticed all the Walgreens are the same. Ridiculous.

I ordered for a photo and got an email saying it is ready after one hour. I went next day to pick it up, but they could not find it. The two employees working at photo center, did not know how to print it. Can someone believe there is a photo center but employee working there don't know how to print it. They kept trying for a hour but couldn't succeed. Then I called Walgreen located at 88th and Washington, the lady working there printed a photo in five minutes. Please avoid Walgreen at 84th and Pecos for your photo needs.

This pharmacy and it's staff have been amazing. They go above and beyond and extremely knowledgeable on how to fix issues or deal with Dr's, insurance, med switches Even if it's last minute or urgent... I will forever be grateful for this pharmacy. My son is a type 1 diabetic and they've gone above and beyond for him sometimes

This place used to be good but has quickly gone down hill.
I've been using this pharmacy for about 8 months now and it started off well until pretty recently when my insurance information was updated.
The first time they literally threw away my prescription, then the second time I had to get it filled they refused to make any outgoing call to anyone else that had my information on file for them to use. Which is real funny considering they had no issue doing this when I was getting my information set up with them when I first got here. All of a sudden it's against policy ? finally got my info updated and got my prescription but when I tried to get my refill today they said my insurance info was changed and needed to be updated again. I made some calls and turns out it's BS, NOTHING has changed and their computers just suck. They have literally no other solution to offer me so I went ahead and went through the tedious process of transferring my prescription to CVS and lo and behold, CVS gets my prescription set up and ready within about 20 minutes. I guess it's not all that surprising considering every time I come here (atleast once a month) the staff is completely different people from the last time. And every time the new people are more and more rude. I don't know who is running this place but whoever you are, get your **** together and fix your system. On top of that, teach your staff some manners. Rude as can be and always interrupt you mid sentence with some snarky remark. Never ever getting my business again.

This pharmacy on 84th and Pecos is horrendous. I went in right when they opened because I have the flu and am sick and ny doctor sent a prescription over clise to 7 pm. I was told I'd have to wait over two hours to get my medication because they had just opened. I called another walgreens (72nd and Federal) and they were able to get it filled in thirty minutes. And they just opened, too. Pharmacists and retail workers need to get their priorities straight and when you're a pharmacist, it's serving the customers that come in when they're there, not three hours later when you are done playing on your phone.

New Year, new Walgreens,new insurance policies.So far the employees I've had contact with seem fine.I'll be more familiar with the pharmacy staff eventually, but the usual process of being understanding, polite, and trying to learn who they are as people is running full steam ahead.

These guys completely screwed me over by not reporting their hours of operation to Google. My wife had a painful UTI. I specifically chose this location because it indicated that it was open until 11pm. Closer locations were open until 10pm. I have the prescription sent there so I can be sure to make it in time and make it 5 minutes to 10pm. Lucky me they are closed on Sunday and didn't update google. Now my wife is going to have to suffer until 7am.
