I had came to the store to get some things. The store worker decided to snatch beer from my wife because she didn't say have a great night. I don't remember her name but she was at least 500 pounds.She told us we can't come back in even though she started the issue . Worst experience ever. She definitely need to be fired.... i doubt the owner will respond because I see he or she only respond to certain reviews but won't give answers to something serious. We will see though.

It's not their fault, but they are pretty strict with their ID checking. I suggest you make sure that if you're in a hurry, make sure you have your ID for the 21 and older items.

On July 2,2023 stop to get gas and Dr Pepper 12 pack, I open a Dr Pepper can and the taste was flat. My grandson also took a drink and said that pop tasted different, It was flat.I went back into the store asked the young lady if I could exchange the 12 pack of DrPepper, she told me to call DrPepper Company.Not a good way to treat your customers.

The manager here knows how to hire friendly people! However, Circle K just doesn't pay its people a competitive wage, so they have a hard time keeping their great employees!

Called this location because their atm doesn't charge me and asked what atm they had. Was told they couldn't talk over the phone and then hung up on me while I was still asking why not? Only wanted to know which bank the atm was from. Not the customers who have used it. Come on. Thumbs down for very poor customer service.

I was in the store today 4/28 the worst customer service in the world! The guy is more concerned for the parking spots and waiting to us to entry the store than his actually work!!!! Which is serve to the customer!!!!! And the girl OMG!You guys have to improve your customer service!! And hire someone to like work in a place that is all about customer service

Great staff! Always timely and friendly. This team seems to deal with alot of less than savory public, random people asking for bathrooms and just looking rough in general, not sure they are there to shop...sadly due to the area having riff raff around... But I never feel unsafe or that my visits are compromised for selection in store. Due to the staff members staying on their toes! I can say that they do a great job considering circumstances from time to time. Great crew!

I thought I was dreaming this, but no....it was a real actual event that seemed too weird to be true. I asked if I could fill my thermos with soda for .99 cents. (I know, just way out of line on my part right)? The large dark haired lady that was working at this last hour(midnight) started going on and on and on about how she would get fired, and her kids like to eat, and that why do people think they should come in to her store and assume that shes gonna pay for their purchases. And "They dont pay my rent!". I had given up on the .99 cent soda already and just wanted to find a couple things and make my purchase, and go home. When she continued into a fourth and fifth verse of the same old song, I couldnt believe she was still wearing out that old tune. So, I said to her... I'm not asking you to charge me .99 cents for the soda any longer, so why does she continue to complain about it? And thats when she decides to have a power trip, and says leave the store. I dont want to hear all the stuff she feels compelled to tell me about her personal life, and be chastised like I'm one of her kids. She's waaaay to immature to work in that capacity, and with her inability to conduct herself as an adult, let alone in a professional manner conducive to working in a customer service position. Is the potential employee applicant supply running low? Do I have to resort to "Thanking heaven" for 7-11? Hmmmmmm
