“So I am new to the facility, but am no stranger to the Self-storage environment as I at one time had a business and 17 houses; I was always storing something.I just closed (4) storage units with a competitor, which I will leave unmentioned- (I will tell you that the company rhymes with Public Storage.)Thus far, this has been a welcome change of fresh air!!Coming from that nightmare experience is one of culture shock; however, the level of professionalism, the clean business model and spaces (from units to office, etc.) to the personal individual caring interaction would be Grade-A without any retrospective comparison or analysis.I am proud to promote in any way I can this company. I am just learning names and my way around…. “Easy to rent online. First month was free and came to the facility on my move in day. Walked through agreement with the people at the desk. Facility itself was ok. A few bugs but nothing or after I came back to remove my items. Called a month before my move out, noted in my account and after I moved out was all set.”

Loved the guys who checked us out and the gentleman who grabbed my keys after I left them in the truck.Absolutely hated the app. It couldn't find my order so I couldn't check the truck in after hours. I call the 1800 number and I kept getting told to use the app to check in and they can't help me. I will not use uhaul again based solely on how terrible the app was”
“I've used this uhaul a few times and they are easily the best uhaul I've ever used. They have a nice and clean store that makes it obvious about where to go, unlike many uhauls. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they've always had what I reserved ready to go for me.”

“This has got to be the best customer service I have received in a long time. Dom, the manager, was so professional and knowledgeable about my uhaul rental. He made the accommodations that I needed in a timely manner and went above and beyond. After being on hold with uhaul customer service for over an hour and being transferred 5+ times, only to get hung up on, Dom resolved my issue in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for uhaul rentals but I’m sure utilizing them for your storage needs would be just as great of an experience. 5 stars! I’d give them more if I could.”
