Was just passing thru so I don't have an opinion and can't honestly review the place. I got no negative vibes so that's a plus. Sooo ya, your on yer own on this one guys.

Clean area and quiet place for living , only bad think is the parking visitor spots the are just a few .

About Lamplighter Manufactured Home Community
LAMPLIGHTER VILLAGE is a family-oriented community with 250 home spaces. Streets are paved, and have gutters surrounded by beautiful landscaped front yards. The community is evenly divided between young families, middle-aged families and seniors. There is an open-space recreational park area and RV storage available for the residents' use. Pets are welcome with registration and manager's approval. Lamplighter Village is located in Adams County. Federal Heights is the home to Water World, the largest water amusement park, and only (19 minutes) from Elitch Gardens amusement park and 10.9 miles north of the state capitol of Denver. We have a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains located to the west.
