The pharmacy staff are rude I waiting 30 mins in the drive through to pick a prescription that was sent in that morning all the staff just kept telling me to wait I couldn’t even try and ask if the prescription was ready because they would walk away as soon as they would tell me to wait. When the lady finally came to the window she had an attitude because I had to ring the bell 3 times before I got any help and they were still very rude.

Went in with an ear infection had already waited all day hoping my prescription would be filled. Once I got through the line they said it would be ten minutes. 20 minutes later my prescription is the one that sat there the entire time. I asked them to try to hurry up as I’m in terrible pain, I in turn get my prescription thrown at me. Terrible customer service.

The current pharmacy staff at this King Soopers is professional and nice (and genuinely so). I appreciate they take their time to hear and answer my questions when I call ahead and anytime I pick up a medication there.

Yes I've had many conversations over simple matters like out stock and goes down the line but they have never left me without the tall black gentleman he's pretty amazing if there out stock u can go to and king soopers who do have instead waiting but over all I love this location I just want the other staff do better on people who need there medications on time or day or 2 days/early ho above and beyond and make sure u dont tell us 1thing and check before telling our medication ready i will give 5stars to tall black gentleman whos usually in charge

Great customer service. They easily transferred an Rx when Walgreen's was out of stock of a medicine and they are open later as well. They also advised me that my insurance wouldn't pay for a specific brand and offered a comparable one. Very helpful, thanks!!

The deli was completely out of sliced roast beef at about 1:30 pm. Deli clerk said it was against company policy to slice any lunch meats during the day. They had to slice meats in the morning and put out in pre-sliced packaging. The display was haphazardly jumbled and a complete mess at 1:30. This is the last time I am shopping at this store after being a loyal customer for more than 20 years.

Do not use them. They tell you one thing you go in and then they tell you something else. Give you wrong prescriptions. Can't fill the ones you do need. Gave me a prescription for 90 days. But only 45 pills , so where are the other 45 pills? One thing after another. Most uncaring incompetent staff I have ever dealt with.

There is one guy there that is very sweet. But the female there is rude. She is rude every customer that comes in. I had a prescription she flat put said didn't show up than got accused of calling her names and left on hold fi ally had to leave work to find out what actually was going on. Come to find out had she done her job I could have gotten it filled today but sense she was to busy being snotty and not wanting to do her job I couldn't call my doctor to do what they needed before five. This is a prescription I get sick if I don't take. nothing is done about rude behaivor . Most of the staff is uncaring and unkind. I will be changing after I finally get my prescription.

I wish I could give negative stars…it takes 48+ hours to fill basic prescriptions. Hope I don’t die because they take DAYS to fill a simple antibiotic rx!

The Produce Manager Wes is an incredibly rude and verbally aggressive/ abusive to employees .I was in simply to get my meds and stopped in produce to hear this mess of a man going on and on unloading his frustrations on the very quiet and embarrassed employee Jessica. She was very much trying her best and was not the only who had done restocking and even verbalizing that he continued on his rant . First of all as a manager one is supposed to support and discuss issues in a cool calm manner especially on THE FLOOR .He was literally talking to other customers and it was vile.I spoke up and this ego mess of a guy couldn't even hear me . I went to the employee and let her know that was not okay and I would be speaking up!She then said well honestly this is something I'm used to .I then told a lovely also red headed supervisor who let on this guy is a problem . Also that the employee is very sweet and did NOT deserve his attack.Get rid of him he's not manager material !!!

The staff are nice as heck. Super professional and polite over the phone and in person. Haven't had any issues with these folks!

The pharmacy is a flat out joke. 12 hours to fill a prescription. Massive lines. And the pace these people work at.. yikes! A monkey could do a better job!

Don’t get medications ordered here if they are urgent. They will make you wait costing you your health.My husband was very sick with the flu and needed to take tamiflu asap. They ordered medicine to this pharmacy (5pm)I called them to try and get them to start filling it. I was on hold the entire 40 minute drive over to the pharmacy.I arrive at the pharmacy at 5:40 (they close at 8pm) and they tell me it takes them 4-8 hours to receive prescriptions and to come back tomorrow.I come back first thing in the morning. They still haven’t filled it. They tell me to wait 30 minutes. I come back in 30 minutes to hear them say they still haven’t filled it.It took them another 2 hours to fill the prescription. Missing the starting deadline for tamiflu. My husband is so sick and miserable because of this pharmacies abysmal work.I wish that they had an alert on their board saying “don’t sent urgent prescriptions here because it takes us 14+ hours to fill them”
