My truck broke down had it towed here because it was the closest shop with good reviews. Their customer service was great and they got the truck in quick. The reason for the low score is because they gouged me on the price of a mass air flow sensor. They are usually a 20-30 dollar part and they charged me 220 for it. That's an insane upcharge on a pretty cheap part. Besides the price they did a good job in a timely manner.

CAUTIONOil change gimmick. They will glue your plug in so you have to take it back to them for repeated business. And other mechanics can't complete the change due to the plug being stuck. THEN they charge you $67 (essentially the amount of a complete $80 oil change, NOT including the oil or filter which cost me $40 in addition.) for the labor to fix the problem they created. Also called me saturday at 3:54, telling me it was done and that i had 6 minutes to come get it before they were closing at 4, or they would have to hold it all weekend. They held it all weekend because i was more than 6 minutes away. Be better people. This placed used to be a good reliable shop. Now it's full of laziness, neglect, and cigarette smoke. Not to mention smoking in the shop with all of the car doors wide open inside. Unacceptable. Another long time customer lost?

Brought my vehicle in to get fixed and they charged me almost $1000 for suspension and tie rod ends and then it ended up not even being the issue. Had to bring my car in three separate times and it still never got fixed for the problem I brought it in for. Avoid this location especially if you are a woman.

I was having an issue with my car, it wouldn't go over 2 rmps. Found the problem was that a neighbor who helped jump my car earlier that day had crossed the poles which threw my car into a "limp mode". Othe neighbors recommended this business so the car was taken at 9:00 the next morning. I was told a full diagnostic would be required to find out the problem, approximately $180. The neighbor who jumped me was taking responsibility for the charges. Bottom line, the car was repaired by 5:00 pm with the replacement of a fuse and the cost was under $100! April, sales agent, was pleasant, the location is very convenient and the work was completed in one day. I would highly reccomend this business.

wouldnt recommend this place I paid $700 for repairing the poor starting of my car I got my car back and smelled strongly of burnt clutch I ask the shop cashier to send someone to check my car out and they wouldn't come out now i gotta get a whole new clutch

This company is great they not only fixed my car but personal emailed my service center to make sure I was reimbursed for the towing of my car! Great people, You don't find everyday. Great value and customer service.

Office staff were helpful and friendly. I felt they were concerned with getting things done correctly and making sure I understood all services. They were thorough and helpful with explanations of what was and was not needed/recommended. No up selling or high pressure sales tactics. The service notes were clear and I appreciate the information provided by mechanics for my records. Will return and recommend this shop to others.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!! I by far am done with giving this place my business and money. They are liars and DISHONEST. They do not honor their warranty or their name. We have been coming here for years, referred so many people here. This place used to have friendly, knowledgeable, and honest staff. They have a front office lady that is extremely rude, their mechanics drive up 92nd test driving cars like its a speedway. I was almost hit by one of them test driving a clients car as I was taking mine in. (should have used that as a sign to turn around) the owner is a liar and had become very nasty to deal with as well. (He used to be very kind) They talk about this great warranty but never honor it, I seem to see this come up a lot in reviews lately. I am going to look into possible legal action at this point. Gave them $1600 for a recent repairs after quote and full inspection from someone else. I went to someone else because parts would take longer to come in, but the difference in price was worth the wait for the mechanics I thought I trusted at honest 1. Had my car longer than expected just to run into a huge problem. My husband had to call and tell them how to diagnose the problem because they couldn't figure it out, and decided to replace the computer. Because this happened in their care they legally had to cover it. After programing the new computer to run smooth for a month and a half my car broke down again. Thankfully I guess I was close enough to park my car there in good faith that if this was related to the issue that would get my car in a fixed correctly. I understand mistakes are made, faulty parts happen. Get a call they want a redic amount to repair a whole new set of problems that are completely related to everything they did from the last time. They seem to forget I had my car fully inspected elsewhere for anything wrong with my car so I could get it all done. Honest 1 did a inspection and agreed all the same issue from that quote were correct. Please explain how now a whole bunch of other problems just appeared... Also changing what codes are showing when my husband was standing with the owner and writing them down, they wouldn't allow my husband to use his code reader. I have retired mechanics in my family and my husband knows cars inside and out. Everything is pointing to honest 1 as the problem. Sad thing is I was about to ask for more work to be done and pay another thousand which they'd probably brake my car again. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RETURN I WILL GLADLY PAY MORE TO HAVE IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!Services: Electrical repair

Not so honest. Not only did they not honor the warranty on their work, they tried to tell me something was wrong with my vehicle that wasn't. I took my vehicle to another shop where it was fixed properly.

I can’t give enough thanks to the staff for helping our family during our time of need. Our vehicle overheated during a cross country road trip. Even though they were fully booked, squeezed us in for a repair and got us back on the road.

Good shop with honest people. The didn't replace parts that didn't need replacing and were truthful and open with me throughout the whole ordeal all the way down to letting me know they had to jumpstart my Jeep before I left. Very nice people and decently priced repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance
