Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”

“Had a great experience here. Went in late at night and Peter was the person behind the counter. He was cleaning keeping busy during a slow point but as soon as a few people started coming in he was right at the register to check us out. As a line formed he started telling people about the self check out and an older lady went to try it out. She wasn't sure how to work it and asked him for help. He was able to show her how to work it while still checking out his line and had so much patience with her and was smil8ng and friendly the whole time.”
