I happened to stop in at a Boost Mobile store on 64th and Sheridan. The service was horrifying. I had to go to another Boost Mobile store on 92nd in Pecos Federal Heights. I had a wonderful encounter with Josie. Excellent excellent customer service she went completely out of her way to help me with the phone that I purchased from another store. I had a little problem that night. I went back the next day, and a wonderful gentleman named Chris helped me as well. Excellent customer service from him as well. Thank you, boost mobile, for hiring excellent employees. I will be returning to do my business at your store

This company is run by crooks. They'd rather keep your money for no service then issue a refund. they have a 30 day moneyback guarantee but wont uphold it even if its their mistake that prevented service being activated. customer service is rude.They'll keep your money even if you haven't used your service.

This store is absolutely horrible first of all we got there right at 10:00 and we waited till 10:15 and nobody was there so we left and came right back within few minutes and she was open finally and of course there was two groups of people in front of us. We waited there for a little over an hour and couldn't get helped yet and yes we were very upset and I told the girl we were first here but you weren't open and you didn't open on time and we waited till 10:15 and then we came right back she didn't care so on the date today is January 18th 2024 and it was the girl that was working there today that was not very nice she was a little snot

This store lied to me about my situation regarding insurance and used it as an opportunity to make a commissioned sale. They then didn't insure the new device as I requested. It seemed to me like my salesman was under the influence of hard drugs as well. They are also directing people to another location on 88th and York that illegally unlocks phones. These guys are absolute crooks and the customer service is garbage. I suggest using another location or better yet another provider all together. This place costed me a lot of time and money and in the end I'll have to switch providers. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

Employees must be trained to mislead and give inaccurate information to customers.I've had the same misinformation stated to me at different times and different locations.When asking questions about activating a Boost phone bought from a third party such as Walmart. I'm told by the Boost associate that the new phone must be activated by them and a charge of I believe $15.00 would be applied. This is not required you may activate your purchased phone yourself absolutely free. I Cannot understand why they don't tell you the truth. Perhaps they make commissions off these types of deceptions to the customers. Beware of the answers that you're given.

This location is amazing. I’ve been struggling with my phone in different locations for over two months. I couldn’t get it working Christopher at this location jumped on the phone and immediately had us up and running. I can’t say enough about him. The experience was amazing.
