The sale associate Gio was extremely nice and helpful with me today. I came in needing a new battery and he helped me find the one I needed and recommended parts for my car and battery as well. After all of that he actually took the time and installed the battery for me. I am so appreciative and thankful. Please recognize this man for all his hard work.

I walked in, and the young man who helped me with the thermostat housing gasket for my daughter's Subaru Legacy was amazing. The computer called for something else that wasn't even close, but he went to the back and found the correct item. He helped me between 7:10 and 7:15 on May 13th, 2024

They sell used parts that don’t even work. I get it some parts get returned, and are salvageable, but when I got a used part and when to return it I got accused. “The part is used because you opened it” no part was used beforehand it had dirt and oil, Extremely rude tall lady that was upfront as well. Just go to the Autozone down the street it saves you a headache and money !

I called and sent an email to cancel the order, but customer service doesn't check emails for 3 to 4 days after sending. Autozone should say that on their website it takes 3 to 4 day to get a response. DO NOT USE AUTOZONE. I will let everyone know NOT TO USE AUTOZONE anymore. After I get my refund, I will never use Autozone again.

Ordered an alternator online for a in store pick up. called 5 hours later to be told they don't even carry that part, and then told me he was going to cancel my order i didnt even get a word in before he hung up on me. Extremely poor customer service. and on top of that now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money back. Smh

Worst store!! Staff kids here don’t know anything if they work here they should be able able to help with questions. I asked for a key fob battery for my jeep the boy here without checking for me he just said we don’t have any. How is this possible? Has a customer I expect to have be an answer is some kind of support.

Salesman which I didn't get his name but he was a heavier kid with glasses and looked like a bowl haircut! In the first register helped me with a light bulb but didn't help me! Seeing I'm a female and asked if it's easy he didn't offer Then a coworker comes over and ask about a call in which he said Yea I hung up on him, he asked a stupid question WOW sorry we ain't all "car experts" like you! This has been my 3rd rude service at Autozone stores! I'm done shopping there! Thanks for nothing I'd give No Stars!
