Excellent help in getting my brake pads replaced. The brake pads I previously bought in 2022 were no longer being made and had to swap them out with some that are similar in quality. Had no issues and made the whole experience trouble free.

This store is always the friendliest autozone I have ever been in! Staff members (I think his name is kirk) are so knowledgeable about cars and will happily help you with any issues with your car! I will always come to this store over the big one on 104th bc it's much better.

Fantastic customer service!
I had some problems with my battery, and I was able to come in and had the team set everything right for me in a matter of minutes. Very much appreciate the team at this location - good people, and will honestly try to help out. Recommend!

I was given the wrong parts to my vehicle. When I went back they wouldn't even accept my parts back even though I never used the parts because they were wrong I had to go to a nearby parts store because my vehicle was on a lift at the mechanics. Di not trust these guys.

Bought a new ignition coil and spark plug to fix a problem with my truck and the ignition coil snapped while test driving. Came back to try and exchange but was denied because the coil had “wear and tear” and looked liked it was used. Well obviously it was used, for like 5 minutes before it snapped. If they ever ask if you want the lifetime warranty, just say no or just dont come here at all.

Awesome service. Went in for a light bulb and left with the manager crawling under my car to retrieve a seal I dropped and then changing my headlight , turn signal and shining up my headlights. Paul made a customer for life. Thanks for making my day!

Went in for a couple things, but then decided to get a battery. Joey was awesome! He removed an 8yr old nightmare of a battery, not easily, and after quite some difficulty (because of the state of my battery/connectors) got my new battery installed. HIGHLY RECCOMEND this Autozone!!P.S. Joey should get a raise!

The staff has always been incredibly helpful. I recently needed a new battery in my vehicle, and the lady who helped me find the correct battery also installed it, even though it was stupid cold outside. She was very kind and had a great sense of humor, and I appreciate all her help. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her a call out.

theres a tomboy skinny chick with long black hair looks young skinny face she was very rude and unprofessional she was supposed to help me and my brother we were purchasing items and she went outside in the car took 6 min and came back in and smelt like smoke and she was slamming things around behind her acting crazy as she didn’t say anything to us o.0 i will not be coming back to this autozone if thats the type of people they hire

Truly want to get ahold of Hector this stores district manager. Your manager Mariah is miserable working at this store and it's very clear to customers considering looking at reviews this isn't the only negative encounter with this lady. I hope you guys consider retraining the staff here all the way from the manager of this store and down. If a store manager is allowed to cuss a customer out all because I pointed out that her negative attitude while trying to assist us wasn't necessary. I respect that she felt the need to turn down the service however, it's clear to me she was not happy while at this job maybe some retraining and maybe hire people with some sort of care that they are representing a company many people rely on. People are probably going to need help with their car from the staff at car stores. Maybe tell your staff what their job title means.
