Terrible customer service. The owner is very friendly but the girl who works there when the owner is not there is too rude and the atmosphere is very intense and uncomfortable. We have already communicated with the owner how rude this girl is and she has not done anything about the matter. We don't know if they are family or know each other and that is why the girl is still there but we do not recommend this place because of the terrible customer service they offer.

If there was an option on giving zero and I mean zero stars to this place I would. My daughter was having her quinceañera and had her court get tuxedos at this monstrosity of a place. The owner did not return any of my calls nor texts and I had to call her from different numbers to get a response from her. The tuxedos came two days before the event and the pants were atrocious, they were not altered according to the measurements AT ALL and fit way too long. I had to find a seamstress THE DAY PRIOR of our event who could help me. The lady’s working did not help at all and also made me go back to the store multiple times because they forgot parts of my order. Overall my experience at this store is very disappointing, I highly advise potential customers to find another store.

I recently had a terrible experience with Amy’s Creations LLC. We bought tuxedos for a special event, and not only were they delivered late, but the pants were also not sewn correctly. This caused a lot of stress and inconvenience the day before the event. The quality was far below what we expected, and the customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issues. I strongly advise against going to this place for any formal wear needs. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable store.

I am very satisfied with the service. Azusena is a very kind person, she is patient and helped me a lot in choosing what I needed for my Event. The package I grabbed for my daughter's quinceñera was perfect and at a good price. The dress is beautiful as well as the accessories.
