This is the absolute most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced at 7-Eleven. The customer argued with me about several sales signs They had on the window window so when I requested that they honor the price as advertised so as she told me that was no longer available, I said that’s false advertising. You have to honor the price you have on the window. She continue to argue with me. She made a big fuss she was so upset she left me standing there while she walked to the window and ripped off the sale signs and said OK. Well, they’re not there no more. I asked her for my receipt at that point she lunged over counter at me, grabbed my goods that I already paid for and told me I had to leave the store As if I did something wrong then she begins saying that I needed to leave the store and that she was going to call the police again. I did absolutely nothing to her so I stood there and I said yeah go ahead and called them because I’m letting him know that you lunged at me and now I’m starting to begin symptoms of an anxiety attack.. She said she’s gonna call the police on me so I told her I was going to wait there for the police to be called because she was unprofessional and wrong. I had nothing except for request to have the price that was advertising the windows became Upset at this point. I left the store after I pay for my goods without my goods and I went straight to the emergency room where I had suffered and anxiety attack due to the stress and the experience of the cashier jolting at me and grabbing the things I had paid for I have file charges I have , been in touch with a personal injury attorney and I am going to sue the store this happened May 29th

This 7-Eleven/Conocois far more trouble than it’s worth.
I live close enough to this gas station that Ive been tempted to try and get gas over the last two and a half years. My card has worked everywhere, historically, but this god forsaken gas station. I would just use tap pay, if they had it. But they don’t.
Staff is super nice when they’re not fighting each other, but I saw that scuffle months ago.
The new self scan doesn’t work, so you get people leaving the line when they see it’s a thing, only to find out the touch screen isn’t responsive and they have to go to the back of the line or cut someone.
It’s just a hassle to try and give these people your money, I suggest going anywhere but here.

It’s remodeled Decent but those restrooms are very dirty very unkept the door it’s broken so it doesn’t even lock the workers at every single 7 eleven doesn’t clean there restrooms which is nasty pretty annoying bathrooms should always be clean and sanitary especially public toilets!!!!

I buy 10 mini tacos and an Electrolit drink around 9:20pm, then drive home and see my card was charged 15 dollars

I absolutely hate having to leave this review, and I specifically hate it that I primarily find myself leaving this review for 7-ELEVENS. So I want to know why exactly a major national chain like 7-ELEVEN doesn't have tap to pay at every single one of their locations when you can go down the block to some no name mom and pop and they do? This is honestly pathetic. This store looks nice af, and I will say they have one of the nicest bathrooms I've ever been in in a gas station. Seperate toilets and urinals in the men's so your little dude can (unlikely to happen, but) sit down while you unload the two liter you drank earlier or you can have a seat while he urinates all over the ground and wall around said urinal. It also has a dyson hand dryer BUILT INTO THE SINK, which I think is awesome engineering. But this is all nullified by the fact they don't accept one of the most widely used forms of payment in use today. Step up your game or shutter your pathetic excuse for a "convenience" store.

Had a great experience here. Went in late at night and Peter was the person behind the counter. He was cleaning keeping busy during a slow point but as soon as a few people started coming in he was right at the register to check us out. As a line formed he started telling people about the self check out and an older lady went to try it out. She wasn't sure how to work it and asked him for help. He was able to show her how to work it while still checking out his line and had so much patience with her and was smil8ng and friendly the whole time.

The clerk Brandon just broke my driver's license and then cussed me out because it wouldn't scan. Followed by telling me to leave the store while swinging a weapon at me. As a bone cancer patient any threat of physical violence is not acceptable. Someone will have to pay for the new drivers license and that clown will be fired.

I've going in this store for yearsI stopped going in becouse the a staff member was rude then so I needed gas and other thingsSo today I go in and yep she's working againI make one comment and she stated that if I don't like it don't come back and she said it with a total attitudeSo I responded back with a filling attitude like your I dam sure won't every come backAnd I did go there daily but no more ill gladly go some were else

This one in particular, I must say, is better served than the 7eleven on Federal 64. Unfortunately, the Chicano-looking manager almost asked me to leave the place, being my preferred 7eleven since it was next to my work. In this one, even though neither dad nor dad speaks Spanish, they are crude but crude, attentive and very polite, both of the waiters who serve at night... go to this 7 eleven and you will see how super polite they are... I would give them 100 stars.
