I work somewhere where I have to call in prescriptions and apparently the pharmacy is too lazy to take it over the phone so when they finally answer me, they tell me that I have to leave a voicemail when voicemail is left they call back saying that a number was never left to call them back by, Obviously, the number to call back and the gentleman that works. There is just very very rude. Every time we have to call in a prescription when I have to call in prescriptions thereIt is my least favorite place to call.

Usually I have no issues with my pick up order but this last one. How could the think when picking out two onion that is ok to give a damaged moldy onion. Thanks to the drive home all my produce was sitting next to a moldy onion. It’s disgusting and disappointing that they think that’s an acceptable item to serve. If it was not a long drive to return it I sure would. Standards seemed to have dropped.

Gifted a mixer for Xmas from this store. Came to return it with reciept and warranty purchased with it. MG Garland refused to return it, stating it was over 30 days (3 ) and they wouldn't return it because it was an electronic...super rude! Called WM customer service..theres a 90 day return policy with/without reciept...christmas had addition return of oct to january 30, 2024...this is not an electronic. They told us to go back and tell them the service # and it would be refunded. This time, Teri, another MG was armed with several pages of store return policy...she argued, told me to be quiet so she could talk and again refused to return it, even attempting to embarrass me in front of at least 10 people waiting in line. I stepped aside, called WM CS again...they said it was within all guidelines for return...ultimately...the cashier when my 80 year old parents did not enter a serial # on the reciept which FLAGGED the purchase as a problem...and no GIFT reciept was offered for the gift...so instead of WM acknowledging it was their error...they treated us like criminals, people in line heard this and were appalled. They don't have to follow their own policies and can refuse return at their whim. They agreed to finally return ONLY the mixer to a gift card but insisted they would be keeping the warranty purchased because it was 3 days past the 30 days, i live an hour away..even with stated policies of 90 days and holiday returns even longer. I eventually got the entire amount refunded back to my parents card it was purchased on...YOU should be embarrassed by how you behaved and treated a customer with ALL the documentation required for a legitimate return! I'm not embarrassed...I'm disgusted...I won't be back, or my parents, or the 5 people in line that walked away...MG Teri asked my son to tell me to stop talking to other customers in line while she demanded that he answer her as to if we wanted a gift card or not...I taped the whole interaction, people in line witnessed it...king soopers opened a couple days ago...I have no reason to ever step foot on this store again! Don't let WM bully you...Store MG never reached out...shame on all of you!!! Hope it was worth it....it's worth it for me to share this with EVERYONE! GREAT JOB WALMART!

They treat every customer like a criminal. They have 10,000 cameras in the store but still do nothing to shop shoplifting. You’ll waste 15 minutes standing in line so the CEO can get another multi million dollar bonus. Customers visibly frustrated by long waits. Plan to unintentionally spend extra time here because the checkouts are so slow. Whoever decided to close the self checkouts should not be making management decisions.

This is a big store. It has alot of products and groceries. There is usually a checkout lane available as well as self checkout
