Staff are always kind & helpful. Unfortunately after my last visit my car reeks like shea butter and cheap men's cologne. I've been driving around with my windows down for days but the scent is like permanently embedded in my seats or something & its making me nauseous. I'm a little confused since I thought an oil change required work under the hood, not in the seats. If I have to spend more $$ on a detail to clear the scent, I'll find a new service center too.

I got back from a month long trip, and my car wouldn't start because of a dead battery. James was very helpful the next snowy morning and was kind and patient. It was early Wednesday morning, but my battery was replaced in about 25 minutes for around 185 dollars for a 4-year battery. Got a text when it was done, and I was good to go!

I took my car in to get a tire checked out. Two of their technicians called out, which is not their fault, so I don’t fault them for the lengthy wait time to be seen. What is their fault, however, is that they did not fix the problem and were condescending when I asked to be seen as soon as possible. When I checked in, I advised them that I didn’t know which tire had been leaking (I had just had back surgery, so I couldn’t really bend down to looklook), therefore, I asked them to check all the tires. After driving more than 20 miles at a speed that would have reset my tire light, I found that my tire light was still on. It’s definitely not a sensor, and come to find out, they did not check all the tires, as I had asked them to. When I asked if I could be put to the front of the line, because I had already waited two hours this morning, I was condescendingly told that they couldn’t put me in front of everyone, as they couldn’t take a car off the pay to put mine on. No kidding! That’s not what I was asking. I just wanted to be first in line, due to having waited this morning and not getting the job done properly. Stay away from this place! There are many other locations that do a much better job, including the one in Woodland Park.

I was fair and I gave the service manager the opportunity to fix his mistake. I have 221,530 miles on my 2012 ford explorer, I have put all 221,530 miles on my car. I drive my car all day everyday for a living. I have changed my oil at Walmart everytime. 3 times the last being the 3rd they have put pennzoil in my car even after I made it clear only mobile one oil goes into my vehicle. All three times they put pennzoil in my car my indicator light goes on at 2700 miles. With mobile one I can easily go to 5000 miles without a problem. I went in a spoke to the service manager daniel he pulled up my account and said it says they put mobile one and it was his oldest most trusted mechanic and if he said he put mobile one in it then he put mobile one in it. I told him I was also told the same thing by the manager at the walmart on powers and palmer while the tech walked over and filled his bottle with penzoil and then put it in my engine. I know walmart doesnt care but you were given the opportunity to fix the problem and you told me off. Big mistake. When all you had to do is say sir were human and we make mistakes and well fix it right away. Buyer beware!

Wow, walmart you might as well just close your service department here, they broke my oil plug so now it leaks, they can never do wrong or admit when they are wrong. The service manager daniel is worthless at best and they work on 1 car an hour bases and shoot the $hit all the time. They like you dont care but my family and I will drive a hundred miles just to make sure your not an option anymore. I know you dont care but maybe someday you'll get your act together. Until someday comes you dont need my money as you are so rich you dont care. Good luck and I hope you get everything you deserve.

This was one of the worst auto experiences I have ever had. I was told they don’t do appts so I was given as estimate of an hour wait time. 3 hours later and my car finally got in. No one checked in with me or apologized for the wait. James was very friendly at first but there were sooo many people waiting and they didn’t care at all. Maybe if they did appointments, they could handle higher influx days. Will not be back.

When you arrive you pull up to a little station and wait for the porter to check you in, sure simple enough right ? Well good luck finding one of them. I came in because I just needed a tire mounted on a rim, I didn’t even need it mounted onto the car. I waited over an hour and a half for them to mount the tire. There was absolutely no cars in line or in the shop. All the workers were standing around on their phone. After over an hour wait they finally told me the tire was done. When I received the tire they didn’t even put the bead on correctly (Pictured Below) meaning the tire was unusable. Terrible terrible experience I will be going else where.

I asked if they had time to do an oil change. Early morning, only a few cars outside the bays. An hour and a half later the car had not moved. They tell me that they only have two people and are not sure when they will get to it. Would have been nice to know 90 minutes earlier.

I had to take a tire to get fixed 4 times within a span of a week and a half. I had purchased the road hazard when I bought the tires. (Tires were still in great shape as I work from home) 2 times that I took the tire there paperwork was not done so the front counter help had no clue if the tire was worked on. The 4th time I took the tire in I demanded a new tire and it was agreed upon that this was the correct solution, however after a few minutes of dropping the tire off I was informed that there was sidewall damage and that I would have to pay for a new tire. Sound fishy? Yeah I thought so too. So after 4 times taking it there and picking it up, 8 trips total I had to pay for a pro-rated tire and balance. I don't care what you make hourly as 8 trips out of your days that you should be working is more than the cost of that tire. I talked to the service manager and got a bunch of excuses and a sorry, but nothing to correct the situation. I let him know that I will no longer use their service center.

I went for my last time today. Oil change and a rotation and balance. They broke an emblem on my rim, didn't tell me. It took them almost 3 hours even tho the garages were empty. They are cheap for a reason here. Takes too long, and they don't contact you when they are done. I've had my tires done here before and they almost always mess it up. I've had to go back to get my tires done 3 times in a week cause they messed them up. They always go flat and then treat IM d*** because they went flat. EVERY TIME. I have a warranty on them, and they still will charge me full price for them. If you can't do your job just tell me so I don't waste my time here. I never care about this type of stuff but they are the one and only place I have ever been this angry about service. Only time ever left a review and it's only because this place is absolutely horrible. Don't waste breath or time on this place.Services: Tires
