Pharmacy person I dealt with today was rude and argumentive, I told her 4 time to just give me the prescription that I was done talking to her, but instead she just continued to be rude and looking for an argument. She never did answer my question.come Monday I will be calling our provider and getting the prescription sent to another pharmacy, because this interaction was completely uncalled for.

can't follow clear guidance or direction via the VA. Apparently "they don't do that, or the VA needs to enroll you in a program, or urgent care needs to do the paperwork for the prescription..." amongst other issues" . I spoke directly to the VA and was told I'm covered, all the need is to verify with your name, birthdate and social. Everything was clearly broken down by the VA only for me to run into a wall non stop with walgreens. So, prescription was moved to safeway- and voila, my meds were covered and ready quickly.

Pharmacy staff is exceptionally rude and unhelpful over the phone. Moved all my prescriptions to Walmart as I do not want to have to step foot in that pharmacy ever again

The employees of the pharmacy are rude and have no compassion for the people they claim to care for. Their turnaround is unacceptable for patients in need of emergency medications. They will not make exceptions for people that are willing to wait for a medication to process. The person I spoke to on the phone blatantly hung up on me after telling me that they failed to pull my prescription to fill after it was authorized by insurance. Not our first 0 star experience with this pharmacy. Walgreens just lost a 10+ year customer.

The pharmacy staff is horrible. They do not want to work and it shows. Now has been my third bad experience with them making the customer wait over 30min-an hour with an appointment, while offering no apology or reason. They move slowly on purpose it seems. At least show your customers you value them. Will be driving the extra commute from now on for vaccination and medication needs. This place is poorly staffed and poorly run.

Very helpful and clean. Always enjoy this store. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars was a recent interaction I witnessed while standing in line at the pharmacy. An elderly woman was in front of me and one other customer. After ringing up her prescription, the woman asked if the pharmacist could check to see that prescription discount would work best. The pharmacist immediately became irritated and asked for another person to help check me and the other person out since she had to run 2 discount cards. The elderly lady apologized and the pharmacist ignored this. No one was in a rush and the woman was done before I was even checked out. Please lead with kindness next time.

I don’t know what is going on with Walgreens! I had meds for a sinus infection sent in through urgent care on a Friday. Never got a text or call so tried to call Saturday morning and they were closed. I called again in the afternoon and again around 4 pm and the answering service circled me back to the main menu giving no answers or options. I tried again Sunday, and the website continued to show “temporarily closed”. Monday I looked again and the website said open, so I waited in a very long drive through pharmacy line for meds I needed Friday, and when I got to the window 30 minutes later I was told their cash registers we all down and they could only provide meds if I could pay cash. I don’t know what is going on but I have no intention of ever visiting another Walgreens. They have all been seriously lacking, but this was worth putting out there.

We had appointments for flu shots…we waited for 30 min (past out appointment time) in a line of at least 7 people… we left after waiting so long. There was no real help or anyone instructing people

Do not go here unless you want to watch disfunction. l had a 5:45 appointment for a flu shot. It is now 6:42. They took the 6:15 appointments after I reintegrated to the tech giving the shots I had a 5:45 appointment. 6:46 shot is done.

I went there two times in two weeks for vaccines. I made an appointment and filled out the form online, but the wait time was still close to an hour. They seem extremely disorganized, and are very rude to the people waiting. I will never get vaccines at this location again!

Pharmacist went out of her way to save me money since I'm in a gap without insurance. Very friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate going out of their way to help me.

Pharmacy staff is very unprofessional (Amanda & Tre) Sad as this is the only pharmacy near us looks as if we'll be driving the additional 20/30 mins into town to get better customer service. Please do better.

The pharmacy tech has a 'youre bothering me" attitude. Over the past three days, I have spent close to $300 on copays. When I had a question at the drive through, this particular tech couldn't be bothered coming to the window to speak to me. When she finally did .... She acted soooo put out because the pills were put in a defective vial and I could not open the vial. She is a rude one. Didn't appreciate the attitude at all. Can't wait til King Soopers opens. This tech acts like a robot.

Don’t offer same day delivery on prescriptions if you’re still not even going to bother two days later. Same day means same day. Not to mention I came out of the hospital and dropped off my prescription to pick up later only to be told two hours later they had an issue with my insurance. Then I call in to fix it and was told there was no issue but it’ll take another hour. Meanwhile I sat at home crying in pain because the pain meds I needed to manage my pain after surgery were not being processed because someone doesn’t know how to run insurance. And now I try to refill my prescription using the convenient same day delivery and it’s two days later and not even processed? Ridiculous.

Went online to order pictures to be developed at this location and waited 2 days to pick up. Didn't get an email that they were ready and so I went to the store. Sooo they were renovating, and the photo center was nonexistant. They could have put a notice online before I put my order in.
