Save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere. On one occasion they told me they didn't have the seizure medication my Wife needed and that we would have to wait 3 or 4 days to MAYBE get it filled. I emphasized how much she needed it and the worker went and apparently found some to fill the prescription. Peculiar in the least, but certainly unreliable.Then there was a true show of their incompetence when I was told 3 times (once over the phone and twice in person when I made separate trips to try to pick it up) that they were working to fill my prescription, only to receive a call later that day telling me it was too soon to fill it. When I filled out the survey to leave feedback about my poor experience, they banned me from filling prescriptions there; did me a real favor, actually.I've had a few other terrible customer service experiences here involving failure to follow-through and what can only be called flat out lies. Conversely, Walmart had my prescription filled in minutes and the staff are very professional and friendly.

The pharmacy doesn't deserve 1 star but I can't select 0. I wouldn't trust this pharmacy to fill a bottle of aspirin. Take your business elsewhere.

I have yet to have a good experience at the pharmacy. They don't answer the phone, take days to fill prescriptions, they are out of common things but don't let you know they can't fill it until you come hours later to try to pick it up, it's been a disaster.

0 stars. Extremely rude people that work here, all the comments below seem to follow the same trend. Walgreens please hire staff that is familiar with customer service and shows empathy to people. Your staff has complained that “they only get a 30 minute lunch and customers are trying to cut into it”. If you hate your job so much find a place that gives you an hour lunch.

Rude. Absolutely no customer service skills. Save yourself the headache and use Walmart or Safeway instead. Worst pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered.

I’ve been there two times in the past two weeks for various vaccines. Both times I’ve made an appointment and filled out the form online, but the wait time was still close to an hour. They seem extremely disorganized and are very rude to the people that are waiting, I will never use this pharmacy again!!

Pharmacy staff is very unprofessional (Amanda & Tre) Sad as this is the only pharmacy near us looks as if we'll be driving the additional 20/30 mins into town to get better customer service. Please do better.

This pharmacy is a joke, they are always extremely rude. Everyone sounds so miserable on the phone it’s pathetic, go find another job if you’re going to be so negative towards your customers. I’m constantly greeted with attitude, this Walgreens and apparently all other Walgreens never seem to have my medications when I need them. What do you mean you and every other Walgreens in Colorado is out of my medication. What happened to the medication that’s been sitting on file for me? Or did you give that to someone else? I’m convinced this specific Walgreens is the absolute worst. Either it needs a new pharmacy or it needs to be shut down. This isn’t the first time either.

They purposefully hold medication back from people.... they are unprofessional and rude, you speak to them over the phone they say prescription will be available next day after 11 and when you get there they completely deny the prescription and say "we just don't have it" then turn to pretend they are working.

The pharmacy tech has a 'youre bothering me" attitude. Over the past three days, I have spent close to $300 on copays. When I had a question at the drive through, this particular tech couldn't be bothered coming to the window to speak to me. When she finally did .... She acted soooo put out because the pills were put in a defective vial and I could not open the vial. She is a rude one. Didn't appreciate the attitude at all. Can't wait til King Soopers opens. This tech acts like a robot.

Absolutely at all cost steer clear of this pharmacy. They are completely disorganized unable to accommodate medications. They do not make proper phone calls or notifications to doctors for refills nor do they notify as they are delayed or ready. The people here are incredibly rude and unhelpful this is by far one of the worst Walgreens I have used to fill prescriptions and will not continue to use their service beware

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I had a prescription I needed filled sent to safewat across the street. They were out of it so I had it transferred to Walgreens after checking to make sure they had it. They told me it would take 24 to 48 hours for them to be able to fill it. On top of that they would not even check to see if it was transfered over yet. So I went back to safeway, transferred it to Walmart and it was ready in 30 minutes.

Seems like nobody knows anything, kind of sad to see, the drive-through is hurting bad. Either brand new or truly doesn't know their job.
