I would mark negative stars, if I could. I will never go to this store again! Several packages that I returned to Amazon through this store NEVER got to Amazon and the ones that did took literally a month to get there. NEVER AGAIN!!

Vic the owner & Bonnie and all the staff are truly amazing so helpful! I started going here for Amazon returns and realized they offer great printing services and the prices and quality are great! So I go often now for my business printing needs! Thx to all the staff for such great customer service!

I went in to shred a box of old papers and paid over $30 to do so. I wanted to watch the shredding as several of the documents were personal in nature. The female clerk acted like it was A BOTHER to do the work.....picking up an item....looking at it.....and throwing it back in the box as if disgusted. Usually I don't write reviews, but this time I felt I had to. What an attitude. She didn't seem to understand that she is there to do a job and without customers, she won't have a job. Get an attitude adjustment, chick-a-dee. You are young and have a LONG working life ahead of you. You won't ever get me as a customer again....your attitude stinks.

Rude and dismissive. Paid 200$ for overnight am. Package disappeared. They are unwilling to help. Hung up on twice by the manager of the store. I will never ship another package through this store.Then they called and lied to the sheriff department about threats. Ridiculous.

I've never had any issues since I've been using this store for the past 3 years. It can be annoying getting there and only one employee is working the register and another is doing something else, all while there is a long line of customers needed assistance, but I manage. I've dealt with rude employees, whether being ignored or like the employee is annoyed to be at work. It's overall been an okay place for me.There is an older gentleman who works there who I always prefer getting assistance with when I go there. He is very helpful and kind every time I get help from him, compared to others.But now to my issue and reasoning for 1 star...My home printer has issues every so often, so I've been coming here to get a document or 2 printed if it's important and I would bring my own thumb drive and use their computer to print what I needed. Every time I got a document printed, it would cost me between $1-2. The charges would be the obvious page fee and using the printer service, you know, the stuff that makes sense.I literally just printed a document this past Friday, July 14th and paid the typical price.I was in today to print one page document from my thumb drive and used their computer and at the register to pay, I find out I'm being charged a $3 computer fee for when you are on the computer for 1-15 minutes. From the time it took me to plug in my thumb drive, open the document, print and disconnect, you're going to charge me $3 for something that took me like 45 seconds to do? And after I found out about this ridiculous charge that they suddenly implemented, as the lady with dark hair explains, it's because of "new management", she also tells me it's cheaper to email the document to their store email and have them print it, so the charge would be $1.50 instead... are you kidding me??I use the computer to print a paper and get the paper from the printer and bring it to you to pay for it and that charges me $3 for doing the work, but I email you a document and you print it for me and it's $1.50.This system that is set up makes absolutely no sense!And not only that, I've been coming here for a while and nobody, not one employee, not even once, ever mention about it being cheaper for me to email the document to the store for a lower charge price, than what I've been paying for these past 2 years.Terrible customer service!

The female worker on June 29 around 4pm was completely rude and unprofessional. I was returning an Amazon package and she immediately became snarky and rolled her eyes. I don't know what her deal was.

This UPS store is a joke. Example: The manager gal (does an awesome job) when working alone (the only employee working) will double task Amazon returns (quick scan-type stuff) on a separate computer instead of making dozens of waiting customers (mostly Amazon returns) wait in line. Today , The short, pudgy gal when working alone; let the line of customers stretch straight out the door. Early this afternoon, over 20 minutes in line, a customer asked her if she might login to another computer to scan Amazon returns and she replied "I can only complete one task at a time". When that customer finally was finally being helped, he suggested to her that it might be easier to perhaps scan Amazon returns on the TWO OTHER SPARE COMPUTERS... The gal became very snotty and replied, "That's not how I was trained sir".. rude, inappropriate response from an EMPLOYEE. So it was my turn and she made a smart remark about that gentleman and I told her that was rude. She replied, "I am only trained to perform one task on one computer at a time." I explained that I've seen the store manager do that MANY times. What a snotty rude employee. Needs to be let go. Ridiculous.

This rating is for their printing services. Their delivery service deserves a higher rating. Anyways, they overprice for printing. Almost $2 to use their computer to print. If you want to save $0.50, you can send your file via email. What?! Just go to a public library if you want to print.

I give this store 5 stars. The staff is very professional,always ready to help with a smile,and knowledgeable. They notify you when you have an important package to pick up in a certain time .The store is always clean, how much more could you ask for ?

I came in to get prints of my invitations that I had drawn up myself. I spoke to Gayle and she was very kind and helpful. She didn’t do prints so she had the owner call me and help me out with it. I went back in and the owner helped me get the perfect color to match what I had painted and then printed 90 copies of my wedding invitations within 5 minutes. They were all so kind and helpful and I had a wonderful experience. My invitations are perfect and it was a great price to get them done. Highly recommend!

I go to this UPS store frequently and I cannot say enough for the staff and their customer service. I appreciate how they always great you with a smile and provide the best customer service regardless of how busy the store is.

I went in to return two packages and the store was very busy. Only one employee was working behind the counter by the name of Bailey. While the other one preoccupied herself with standing at the printer making copies of something that had nothing to do with helping a customer at all. Her name was Gabby. Now as I mentioned the store was extremely busy at one point the line was outside of the store The lobby was full of customers and packages. Bailey repeatedly asked for help from Gabby only to receive attitude snarky comments such as " I'm actually extremely busy here" . At no point in the 20-plus minutes I was standing there to return my packages did Gabby attempt to help even one customer. She was highly unprofessional and rude. Not only towards Bailey but towards waiting customers. Telling one customer to give her space because she's extremely claustrophobic when all they're doing is waiting to return a pack and also barking "excuse me!" To another. Bailey was very nice and did his best to provide excellent customer service to the 10 plus people waiting.

The short girl with dark long hair is extremely rude. Every time I go there she is extremely condescending and patronizing when asking a simple question. Also the shop is extremely slow. There will be 6 people in line and it takes 10 min per person. They will have a full blown conversation instead of helping the people and getting them on their way. Terrible place but the only ups in falcon…
