Nathan Store Manager Mariah were excellent. While a bit of miscommunication was experienced which required a second visit to the location, how they came through at the end is what stands out for me. Attentive, friendly, patient and accommodating. I showed up to have my warranty phone exchanged and we experienced several technical setbacks. Nathan was wonderful throughout and Mariah there to support. Thank you guys, again, for a LONG, but positive experience! As a former retail store and district manager, I commend you both for your service and attention.

Great service! I was immediately helped by Mariah who installed a screen protector for me and had me out the door quick. Nicely kept store with a great staff. Highly recommend!

I recently went to this store (on 08/27/23, 5pm) to return a product and encountered terrible customer service. I was told by the corporate call center I'd be able to return in store or mail it myself. When I entered the store there were no other customers and the woman working seemed to be bothered I came in close to closing.She was aggressively typing on her tablet, then informed me she couldn't process my return, insinuating I was past my 14 day return window... When my service was in fact disconnected the day prior and per corporate I have up to 45 days to return the hardware. Therefore, was not a valid reason for her claiming she couldn't take my device.I'd like to assume she was having a bad day, but the inconvenience her lack of desire to do her job is what is prompting this 2 star review.

Stay away from this location. They do not honor their 14 day posted return policy. Staff is extremely rude.

Worst Customer Service EVER. They can't do a simple return of our phones. They also won't bother with you if you have any questions. Go to the one on constitution and powers. They are extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They were applauded when they heard that we came from this store because they are always getting customers from this store angry and frustrated with their service. This store is only interested in you if they could make money off of you. Do Not got here

Overdue review- I’ve made a few purchases here and I’ve been satisfied every time. We even had issues with our daughters smart watch and they were prompt to fix it.. even though I got there late and they were closing soon. Thanks!

Ours was a difficult transaction due to a credit lock on our Lifelock account which took some time undoing and there were some glitches in a new system which is not the employee's fault, so it took much longer than expected to get our phones traded in and the new phones working. The employees maintained a great attitude and kept their cool where most would have lost it. Mike even drove to another store to find the color phone we needed. A shoutout to Mike, Monique, and Faith who teamed up to make sure we were taken care of and received the best deal possible. We left with a great plan and a new Apple Watch that I didn't know I needed, but love! Thanks guys for your professionalism in spite of the obstacles!

Cool store, but I have been told to come in for an in person interview, came in the day the manager told me.. He wasn’t there so he told me to come in the next day… come the next day STILL not there. Waited a few days out, At this point I called to see if he was there so i didn’t waste gas a third time. He told me he was going to call me back in a few minutes and NEVER got a call back. Obviously he doesn’t care to have new workers and they were in need of people when I had asked. Very poor communication, And if that didn’t show how much I was actually interested then i do not know. LOL.
