“UPS #4871 is always extremely friendly and helpful with whatever my needs are. I like the DIY kiosk for returning Amazon packages. It’s helped to cut down the line wait times, and when I am in need of help, the employees are always right there happy to help. I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years and always recommend it to people in my area when shipping needs or Amazon returns are in conversation.”
“just a note, this place does not ship FedEx, it is UPS only. Stupid Google maps brought me here after I searched for a FedEx drop off, wasting my time. Thanks, Google maps. “The 2 clerks were preparing to close but saw me at the door and unlocked it to take my Amazon return. I did not have it packed correctly but the young lady said no problem and took care of it. They were polite and professional saving me time and frustration.”

I own a business and work for a company that uses FedEx and she helped me to not only get what I needed printed and designed correctly such as business cards but she along with Shayla are also helping me investigate an issue I had with their drivers even though they have no control over what that driver did! “I personally have a great time here, the post office folks get the job done and as quick as they can. They’re often bombarded with lots of people and because it’s a government job sometimes there are online issues like change of address or packages lost in transit which are both unfortunate but a lot of times it’s out of their control! They’re doing their best and should be treated with respect, I go here almost daily because I have an online business and have never had an issue”
