Great Store and meat the best......Also the people in the store. You will not be let down. We been going there for over twenty years. The Pharmacy is the very best.

Usually I'm frustrated with Safeway because they advertise items on sale and they are sold out days before the add comes out. When I complained, they just say " Yesg we know ".Now my frustration is with items in the store cleared marked "on sale", but you can't have the sale price unless you can "scan" the sale code before you get to the checkout. If you don't che k your items carefully, you won't get any if the sale prices. I have asked the cashier to grant me the sale price and occasionally they will. Today the nasty bagger refused to give it to me. Why make sales items so hard to buy. Mostly, I prefer King Soopers now. Their King Sooper App is much more user friendly. Having said that, I can't wait for King Sooper to open in Falcon. Maybe Safeway can learn something from them about customer service . You know your App stinks, fix it or just allow members to have the sales prices.

The bakery was almost empty, the fried chicken is so dry it's like eating string. What's going on with this Safeway. I think I will start going to Walmart or King Soopers until Safeway buys them too.

It's hard to think of a better reason to realize that a pharmacy can think less of their customers than closing their doors in the middle of the afternoon, contrary to the posted hours on the wall and online.... because it's lunchtime for the 6 employees that are working. Seriously???Store fine. Employees great!!! Safeway.com/pharmacy really, REALLY sucks! I can't believe how much work it was just to schedule an appointment to get a COVID booster.I tried to schedule an appointment to get a booster. I was told they don't make appointments ... so just show up. OK!!! I showed up 2 days later. They told me I didn't have an appointment and I couldn't get my booster unless I waited 4 hours. I live 40 minutes away from Falcon...... that news did NOT sit well with me!!!!Try to make an appointment, they say "just show up". I "just showed up" 2 days later, they tell me I need an appointment.Our family has been buying all of our meds from Safeway Pharmacy in Falcon for years.... BUT...I had to answer so many questions that they HAVE ON FILE about me .... including which vaccines, what date I got them, FROM THEIR OWN PHARMACY!!!I can buy meds cheaper online but I figured my neighbors and local economy is better off if I buy locally. I'll still do that .... until .....King Soopers is coming soon (HIGH FIVE!!!!!!). Safeway and their crappy parking lot that is like Russian Roulette to get out of will really feel the effects of a better business model moving in. I can't wait.Unless Safeway has a GREAT sale on something, I will refuse to walk into Safeway's doors again once King Soopers opens their doors.My bad review is not at all towards the employees/neighbors that work at Safeway Falcon. My bad review is directed squarely at the corporation that runs Safeway/Albertsons that puts these employees in the cross hairs of unhappy customers.

Ordered groceries from this store for the first time and will NOT be doing business again with them. I didn't get the most important part of the order. Anyone can see we orders covid at home test. Call us, tx us email us and tell us you don't have something that seems important on the list. I didn't need food I needed them test. Just plan stupid.

It would be a lot better if they didn’t slap the big customer ID stickers on the bag handle making the bag impossible to carry with the handles.

What an amazing store! The staff is super helpful and today I was shopping with an infant and Catherine opened another checkout line so that they could get me through faster and even helped me unload my shopping cart. So wonderful and personal! The produce and meat are always fresh compared to anything else around.

its the pharmacy. it never has your prescriptions ready. you call and ask for a time frame and you still wait. the weekend staff is beyond rude. no matter how much notice you gave them ur script wont be ready. this is difficult when you live over 30 mins away. the week end crews bad attitude is getting old.

Stopped in for a couple of items mid day and again not enough checkers to accommodate everyone. Not only that but one of the checkers decided to turn her light off and let everyone wait. I get it may be her break but what happened to customer service? Why doesn't management have enough people ready to step in to check out during crowded periods. Seems King Soopers has them beat hands down when it comes to checking out. Not to mention a much better selection and lower prices. With all the growth out here it's too bad King Soopers hasn't made a presence. I would still rather drive a bit farther to get better selection, price and better service checking out. This will be my last time shopping at Safeway again...

I was extremely disappointed tonight with the store not following mask guidelines or having cart wipes available. I ( high risk) won’t be going back because of this, nor will my pregnant daughter. Not worth the risk when other stores are following state guidelines to protect the customers. A shame because it was my preferred store. And no, no employees approached these individuals.
