This was the best automotive repair experience I’ve ever had. I visited Pro Trans Plus concerned that my transmission was having serious problems. I was greeted by the owners Jeff who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I described the issues and then Jeff and myself hopped in my truck for a diagnostic test drive session. Jeff walked me through everything, explaining error codes and what he was listening for and checking while we drove around. It couldn’t have been more than 5 minutes before Jeff instantly knew what the problem was, a faulty fan clutch which made the truck incredibly loud. We continued our test drive checking for any other signs of fault before heading back to the shop where Jeff told me if the part was in stock that he could likely have my truck fixed (and running quietly) by the end of the day. Obviously not every repair can happen that quickly by I was extremely impressed at just how expedient he was. What really sets Jeff and Pro Trans Plus apart is that they know their stuff and are very honest. I was expecting to have to replace a transmission but Jeff was able to fix my problem without trying to sell me a whole new transmission which can happen at other repair shops. When I picked my truck up at the end of the day Jeff even took the time to show me the old bad part and explained how it worked which I really appreciated. I highly recommend if you need any transmission work done (or think you do as was my case) that you give Pro Trans Plus your business. I will definitely be a repeat customer with the experience I had.

Jeff cannot thank you enough for such a great job on my son's Fusion. Such a breath of fresh air to find someone with your knowledge and Honesty. We were told we needed a new transmission and thankfully brought it in to you and you diagnosed and repaired in about 24 hours. Not to mention the over $6000 you saved us buying a new transmission that wasn't needed. I will definitely recommend you to one and all for an excellent, professional job. I used Pro Trans Plus when I was having serious problems with my transmission. I worked with Jeff and he was very professional and willing to walk me through step by step on any questions I had about the mechanical side of my issues. He was able to finish my vehicle ahead of schedule and really helped me out of a bind. He puts the customer first and is dedicated to doing the job correctly and thoroughly . His prices beat other quotes for the same work that I shopped around. 5/5 would recommend and will use in the future if I have any issues. Not to mention he threw in parts for free that he noticed wearing and even stayed after business hours so I could pick my vehicle up. Which he kindly warmed up for me in the snow and cold!

Charges 2000 more than estimate does trans work for the my kid Does bad work. Does not want to warranty then calls us liars to keep from doing the work

Jeff was amazing. I took in my 2000 F450 that was not going into gear. He was able to show step by step on how a transmission works and how he would repair it. Jeff is very knowledgeable on his trade and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I ended up having Jeff redo the transmission with heavy duty gearing so I can push the transmission harder. Over all had a great experience and my truck is running strong. What an amazing owner! I have had an extremely difficult time finding a transmission shop that would work with my extended warranty and was getting the run around from every shop I contacted. From the first phone call I was treated with assurance that my issues would be taken care of and that the extended warranty would not be a hindrance to fixing my transmission. Not only did the problem get fixed but was fixed on the same day I dropped it off which was super important because it is my work truck that I need to run my business! This a top notch transmission shop and I will refer every one I know to take their transmission issues here.
