Absolutely fantastic!! We broke down in our class a traveling through. These guys went out of there way to make sure we were taking care off. They were amazing, super friendly and they had us back up and running in no time. I seriously can't say enough great things about them. My son and I are truly thankful to them. They turned a nightmare into a great story that we will remember forever. Truly, thank you!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Premier rv falcon Colorado! The number one is the lowest option…My rv was in there in June 2023 for a couple of weeks. It was driven 16 miles…the microwave was used, the toilet was used, I had to reflush the black water tank. My fuses to my hot water heater had been removed along with the fuses to my power stabilizers and the wiring harness from the inside cabinet….this is in addition to being lied to when asked to have my air pressure and lug nuts checked….”we can’t touch them….because your 2019 dated tires (on my 2015 Fleetwood.)are expired” to cause me to purchase $5000.00 tires! I refused to pay for the unauthorized greased bearings they claimed to have done in the front which is still documented on my invoice…that are oil bath! Also, opted not to have 6, almost 7,000 dollars of additional needed recommendations they wanted to perform….After a 10,000 bill out the door and having to have it serviced again the oil was a quart low….don’t figure! I could post all the pictures and documentation if anyone is interested…..

They fixed my vacuum pump and condenser box. Isolated issues for items that could be repaired and cleaned them versus just replacing them which saved me money.I wish they were a bit quicker. They had my RV for 2.5 weeks before they started work. But once they started, it was done quickly. They did inform me of how long it would take when I made the original appointment.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with any service provider.Yes, it has. In March 2023 I bought the AIrstream Interstate 19E, it worked for a 3 week trip back east. On April 7, 2023 while leaving Colorado Spring, I was rear-ended at about 60 mph. I delivered it to Premier RV maybe a week later and the vehicle has been there ever since until I called them and took it away from them September 26. When I gave it to Brian (?GM/owner at Premier), besides the obvious rear end damage, the electrical system would not turn on and the sliding side door would not close properly. I personally showed this to him. He said it would be no problem and he could do the work. I called them periodically over the next 5 MONTHS and kept getting stuff back from them like "Do you want it done or do you want it done right?" I called 6 or 7 times in the 5 MONTHS, so it wasn't as if I was pestering them. They kept blaming Mercedes supply chain or Airstream supply chain. To my impatience at the 3 month mark, he said "Hold on, let's just tap the brakes there fellow." I kept reminding him (3 times) to repair the electrical and sliding door on the calls. He assured me they were being taken care of.I called 3 weeks ago and he said it was done including the electrical and sliding side door, just had to go to Accounting as he wasn't getting his payments. He promised on 4 occasions to call me back and did so only once. I called him 2 weeks ago, still no payment. I chased down insurance to find out the problem. Finally their check cleared and Brian said it was ready for pick up. I went down, I checked the electrical, DIDN"T WORK, I said what's going on Brian. He said, you never told me fix that! I said yes, I did, multiple times including when I delivered it to you. He said, how do you expect me to remember back 5 months ago. I checked the sliding side door, HE DIDN'T FIX IT AND GAVE THE SAME ANSWER. WHAT repair work Brian did on the back end was laughably bad. The bumper flexes up and down 2-3 inches by lightly pushing on it. The side bumper is not even attached by the 2 pop rivets they put in on one side and barely attached on the other! They never addressed the sliding door problem or the electrical system being out despite me reminding them 4 times over the 5.75 months they had it. Brian then generously offered to take a look at the electrical but couldn't give a timeframe for when he would fix it so I refused knowing based on his "repair work" on the rest of it, the electrical was way beyond him and would probably take him at least a month if not a year. Really poor customer care, THE ONLY THING THE FRONT OFFICE WANTED WAS PAYMENT OF THE DEDUCTIBLE AND TO MAKE ME WAIT WHILE SHE ANSWERED ONE PHONE CALL AFTER ANOTHER. PATHETIC, I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT premier rv.THANKS FOR NOTHING.Service: Body & Trim

Tyler was great! Our Motorhome needed a new fuel filter to get us home to Texas and Tyler came out and got us back on the road! He explained what he was doing and how he was doing it! Great service!

I brought a travel trailer to this company for a furnace problem. It took them over two times the initial estimated time to get to the repair. When I picked it up there were multiple issues to include the trailer left unlocked, cotter pin missing, and not left on a block to give me enough height to hook up. Also their repair costs are very high. I recommend shopping around before committing to this location. Or just go on YouTube and fix/maintain yourself.

Very friendly and well trained staff in the parts department, the only place I've visited, an friendly people answering the main phones. They have always had anything I've needed for my older model camper or an adequate replacement. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Well I have had a major turn around with these folks and am very please to say the owner had contacted me and I'm satisfied with the result. Sometimes frustrations can get the better off all of us. The owner resolved the problem and is working hard to fix what ever parking problems there are.

My wife and I are full timers. Our Four Winds 28R needed to be looked at. I called after calling a few other shops that were all two weeks out. We were able to come right in. Staff was courteous and attentive. We had a few maintenance things to address, and then we found out our generator was not working they were able to add that to the work order without missing a beat. We were able to plug in to 50amps and stay the night on the property and wait in the waiting room while it was serviced. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reputable RV repair shop that is transparent with pricing up front so you know every step of the way.

Took me a month to leave this review since I take it seriously. Everyone at Premier was extremely nice & helpful albeit forceful. You can't question anything. They have more work than they can schedule so you feel lucky to get your rig in. When I said I'd wait for a diagnosis on the ABS dash light, I was told it doesn't work that way in the RV business. They would call me later. (They offered for us to plug in & stay there or to shuttle us wherever. How nice is that!) They put the motorhome on the rack right away and in no time, they had a diagnosis on the phone. They would have to replace the ABS module. I had also asked them to see why the brakes squealed. Brian said the rig needed new brakes/rotors all the way around for $3300. Scare tactic about it being very dangerous & my rotors were blued out so they were shot. I doubted it because the RV had 27K miles. Rotors go out at +-70K. He told me he would not have them turned, only replaced which I've never heard. I called around & found that their competitors would do that job for about $1500 but they're weeks out. While calling around other shops, they questioned why a truck with 27K miles needed a full brake job. When I mentioned Premier advised the RV needed pads and rotors, more than one mechanic ranted about Premier giving the RV repair business a bad name. One mechanic assured me the brakes & the ABS module were fine. He asked me to bring it to him but he couldn't get to it for a week just to prove it. He was incensed. He told me he didn't even need the work since he was booked for weeks. I called NAPA and priced the parts at about $800 total. Either one of these numbers I'm ok with...but $3300????After I picked up my rig, I crawled under the RV and checked the brakes and rotors. I've done a few brake jobs before & everything looked fine to me. No blueing of the rotors. Whenever we were in Kansas, later in the trip, I had the engine serviced. That shop conducted a full chassis inspection. They reported no issues with the brake system or anything else. I'm sure I would have paid $3300 for a job I didn't need. Brakes still work great.I had to wait at Premier for the RV all day on a Friday before a holiday weekend so I get it that they were busy but since I was standing there in the office all day, I could tell they would do other jobs before finishing mine. They tested their work & the ABS light came back on so they kept testing. I saw that they took off the right front wheel and worked on it. Then the ABS light stayed off. The tech told me he had to clean the sensor's tone ring. While looking for a shop to look at the ABS dash light issue earlier that week, a garage that works on commercial trucks was nice enough to plug their OBD reader to my RV's port and told me the issue was with the right front wheel sensor not communicating with the ABS module. They couldn't get to my rig for a few weeks so I had to find someplace else. I was only going to be in Colorado for about a week and then keep cruising but I was eager to get the ABS system fixed. This raises the question whether the ABS module needed changing or was it that the right front wheel sensor tone ring needed cleaning and nothing else. Replacing the module was about a $900 job that might not have been needed but I have no proof. Combined with the brake job they wanted to do and their reputation with other shops, feel I overpayed. Here's a good part. Brian noticed the awning arms were bent & did not recoil back into their brackets. I had been quoted $1800 to replace the arms in the past. Brian had those bent back into shape for an hour of labor. That was very cool! I had also told them the leveling system struts were not retracting completely. $400 to reprogram the system which seemed to start working but it's back to not retracting so that was wasted money. Charged junk fees for using the equipment they already own too. They cringed but I got them to give me $100 of

I purchased an electrical part from them today. This was my 3rd time in their parts dept over the last 2 years. I was weary to go back a 3rd time, but I am glad I did the 2 gentleman in parts today they were friendly and very helpful. It is nice to go to a business where the employees are genuine like this you do not find this often anymore! Thank you very much!Service: Electrical

They seem to do good work, but are horribly overpriced. For example, I needed a crankcase filter changed on my Class A diesel - it's a $90 part and takes about 15 minutes to change, and they quoted me $390. I skipped that and did it myself and had them complete some other work. Combined with overcharging for services, their general labor rate is well over $200/hour which is double what other places charge.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
