“This is my favorite grocery store in town, I can find everything I need here. All the products are neat on the shelves and the store is always clean. I do wish the self checkout was limited to 10 items or less, it seems people like to check themselves out with a giant cart full of things, holding up the line for people who only have a few items in hand.”

“I have been chasing around for 3 days trying to get a prescription refilled at the Safeway pharmacy across the street from this Walgreens on McLaughlin. The male pharmacist had become very unpleasant, condescending and accusatory to me that I was trying to fill this prescription before it should have run out. 3 days of nonsense from that pharmacy and I just called the Walgreens across the street on Mclaughlin here in Falcon, and a professional, polite, compassionate, caring person named Haley, immediately took my call, was extremely kind and empathetic and pushed a key on her computer, and respectfully told me, there was not an issue, and she could have it ready for me to pick up in one hour. We are not talking about an opioid/narcotic/anxiety medication, we are discussing an anti depression medication that I have taken for years. There was evidently a miscommunication with my provider on the number of tablets taken daily on the prescription refill, and I ran out early. There was no need for the complete run around for me for three days straight from the demeaning pharmacist across the street. I am an RN and I hope I would never make a patient experience what I was being dealt. However Haley was nothing short of a rockstar and exemplified a level of patient care that was so was off the charts amazing and as a result I will be transferring any prescriptions any of my family members require to this Walgreens and it is 100 percent due to the experience I have had with Haley. I look forward to picking up my prescription in an hour and thanking Haley in person for her outstanding service, support and care. This is the level of patient care that we as healthcare providers should strive to achieve, I'm going to nickname it the "Haley Effect!" Bravo to this Walgreens for being so exceptionally fortunate and insightful to have the "Haley Effect" in their staff. Great job!!!!!”
