“I have been going to this location for several years and cannot say enough about their exceptional service. Every time my daughter and I walk in, they remember us and even mention “you’re running errands alone today” when I’m there without my daughter. But today, they knocked it out of the park. We have a pointer/beagle mix who has a VERY sensitive stomach and is prone to seizures, especially if we try to switch his food. They were out of his normal food today and when my daughter asked if they had it at a different location that could be delivered to our local store, Lyn checked and said she had to run to the store that does have it and would pick up the food for us. Not only did she pick it up, but she delivered it to our door. Lyn, thank you! Thank you for going above and beyond. Your dedication to your job and your kindness towards others has not gone unnoticed. I highly recommend this place as they truly do care for not only our four legged family, but the ones with two legs as well.”

“EDIT: Returning jump bars to get correct ones! Thank you for fixing this issue! I really appreciate it! I will post back when new bars arrive! Thanks for your prompt attention!----------Ordered some jump bars and they did not look anything like the photos on the website. I sent them images of what I received, and they really didn’t offer to replace them- just said I could return them. Tape was not put on correctly and lots of white space left on one side. (5 foot jump bars) Wish they could have admitted the flaw and replaced, but apparently that wasn’t an option.”

I like this location. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They have my Stella and Chewy products that my cat likes. I like the rewards program.”
“Staff is nice and friendly. Store has always been clean. Isn't too crowded, they keep the shelves stocked well. I'm in here every couple of weeks for dog food, been happy with it. The rewards app is quite nice too, and the cashiers are helpful pointing out coupons.”

“This PETCO is pretty massive. They have a groomer which I have not brought my doggo to but should have. Either way, pretty generic pet store chain with plenty of variety. My dog needs limited ingredients food and they have ample choices. Just got a little kitten, too, and picked up the basics.”

This store has great variety of feeders that always look healthy, and they have both f/t and live for your snakes if you need either, unlike other stores who would only sell one or the other.
