“Went in for a cash advance using my USAA debit card and it was such an easy and pleasant experience! I tried doing the exact same thing the day before and Wells Fargo and I wasn't able to get my money and I had to wait in a long line, it was a terrible experience. So, I'm glad I stopped here! The teller was friendly, no line and the transaction was fast and simple. I will definitively return if I'm in the same situation or need an ATM.”

“After reading the reviews for this bank I was very reluctant to visit as I had a very important wire to send. I decided to visit anyway and have to say I was very pleasantly surprised.I was greeted by a lady (I apologize I did not get her name) as she opened the bank for the day, very friendly and immediately expressing an interest to help and get me where I needed to be.I had an appointment with Aaron who also could not have been more friendly. Aaron demonstrated a great knowledge of type of transfer we needed to do as well as being very security conscious, something I definitely appreciated with so many scams going around.All in all my business was completed in a fast, secure and friendly manner. I could not recommend this branch more, it certainly does not deserve the low ratings.”

While other branch messed my situation up and did not even care about trying to resolve it, Chong went beyound any expectation and talked to the branch manager without me even asking her. She got the special waiver and together with the manager helped me get the bonus money which I lost because the other branch's operation. Fantastic service!”

“One of the last banks where you feel like a person and not a number. Truly local bank without an endless hierarchy and petty bureaucracy. I've been working with the loan officer Bret Swennes for around a decade, closed on multiple loans without a hiccup, always in a timely manner. Never even felt a different attitude from him after his multiple promotions throughout years. The rest of the staff is also always very helpful and friendly. If I could give this amazing bank 10 stars I would! ❤️”
