Stay away from AT&T, whatever you do. I was told at this store, and at several others, deceptive information that has ended up costing me hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Nice employees, but I can't possibly recommend you set foot in this (or any other AT&T) store.

Beware of AT&T. Read before you do a trade in or upgrade. Do not trust this store or the manager (David). Do not trust them to do any trade ins for you. On 10/6 I called the store and got David. I told him my son is in town and we want to do a trade in of his iPhone 12, BUT ONLY if the his old iPhone will get the $830 full trade in. David said bring it into the store for him to see. We did and David said no problem he should get a full trade in amount(that AT&T will take most anything as long as the screen is not crack). My son lives in California I ask that if he can make sure my son gets the label to ship the old phone back to AT&T. He said sure! He was so nice and said he can do the order at his store so he can get a credit. We wanted to help him so we did order a trade in for an iPhone 15. Also bought a screen protector to help his store. I left the store without asking for paperwork, thinking he's the manager, and we can trust him. Arrive home after the store and see my email receipt of the order. The order has no trade in attached to the new iPhone. Only shows we bought a new iPhone and paid tax and signed on for another 3 yrs. Since the store was closed I called AT&T customer service and the rep (oversea) pulled up my order and said since it was done in the store the trade in will not show up on my account till the old phone is trade in. When my son got his new iPhone Oct 9th. There was no label to return his old iPhone. I tried calling David at the Falcon store. I get a rep at the store, they transfer me to someone. They hung up. Then I called back and no one there picks up, I kept getting transfer to the General AT&T customer line or hung up on. I spoke to a AT&T rep and they couldn't help, got it escalated to the "supervisor" file a report, they couldn't help. So now my son's only option is to bring the old iPhone to the store in Cali. The rep at Cali said they can only get trade of $350. I told the Cali rep our story (that an actual "Manager" gave us his word that the trade in is worth $830) and she tried to help by talking to her manager. But since the transaction was done here in Colorado (Falcon Store) they couldn't do anything. I've been trying to reach out to the Falcon Store and David, but same same, no one answers. I contacted AT&T customer service line/Loyalty department again because the store won't answer their phone. As you can guess they can't help, only file a report and maybe credit me $35 for my upgrade fee. I am out $480. Well I guess I am stuck with AT&T for 3 more year. Been a 15 yr customer, very disappointed overall.Additional note: When we upgraded/trade in David asked us if we wanted to add warranty coverage on the new iPhone. We told him NO we don't usually get that. Well guess what showed up on the receipt. A line item "ADDED Protect Advantage for 1". Too many errors for this one purchase! Dishonest sales tactics. Hoping someone from ATT Corporate see this review and reach out. I'd be happy to talk.

My boyfriend and I went in today so I could switch to his plan with AT & T from T-Mobile. We were helped by Bri. She was excellent. Answered all of our questions and was a great conversationalist. She got us everything we needed and more! 10/10. She just made my decision to switch FROM T-Mobile that much easier! Thank you Bri :)

David, the store manager at Falcon AT&T store was absolutely fantastic!!!! He was able to program my new phone after five days of going to an Apple Store (Twice), calling Apple Support (Twice) and visiting the Falcon AT&T store prior to my visit with David. He is professional, knows what to do, and didn't make me feel like I wasn't worth the help! I am so thankful to him after five days of frustration being without a phone! Kudos to David, a great asset to AT&T!

I came in yesterday (8/06/23) and the girl who helped me gave such a positive experience! She was super nice and knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

The young woman working around 3:30 pm on Sunday, Aug 6th, was the most unhelpful rep we have ever had when visiting this store and we have been utilizing them for the last 7 years. She kept telling us we needed to go to Wal-mart to buy a new phone even though we wanted a new phone to replace our daughter's existing phone. It was like we were a bother to her and interrupting her screen time on her laptop. She would not help even after we said we did not want to go to Wal-mart and wanted a new phone. Will not return to this location.

I came from T-mobile where I had an awful experience. AT&T is the way to go! Ask for Jared! He knows his stuff!
