My experience was above and beyond. i went in with a destroyed phone and and came back with a brand new one with all my data transferred. Danny was the one that helped me and he was incredibly knowledgeable and made the time fly by. overall 10/5

Got a new phone here. Sales person told me they were running a special promotion on an “e-SIM” to add a second phone number to my account that would end up saving me money on my overall bill due to said promotion. Even though I didn’t need a second number I enrolled in their “e-SIM” to save money. Once I got my first bill this second phone number actually ended up costing $95 my first month due to activation charges and a data plan that I didn’t need, and was then another $45/month extra thereafter for the second line. Verizon customer service had no knowledge of this e-SIM promotion and now i am stuck with these charges with no recourse. Sad. Don’t trust what they’re selling.

Danny spent multiple hours with us on two Saturdays trying to work out a glitch in Verizons system that took a full 14 days to correct. Danny made a miserable situation better with his empathy and expertise.

This store was worth the drive, I live near Morrison and am glad I chose this one. The store was clean and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Bryan was helping me that day and he got me a great deal on the phone I wanted and was very efficient! I highly recommend this Verizon store :)

Stopped in the Evergreen store..... I had somehow hidden my Maps icon from my home screen and couldn't figure out how to get it back. Danny had it done in 30 seconds! Super nice, knowledgeable and helpful guy!
