The prices at this ups store are ridiculous. I’ve tried on several occasions to use them and the costs are so elevated compared to every other shipping center that it’s always more than worth it to drive further to go to a different store. They’ve often wanted more than 3-4x what I ended up paying at another location. It’s unfortunate because it would be nice to have a good UPS locally

Every time I come in here there’s some kind of issue. I can’t ship jewelry, they can’t recycle boxes, I can’t get the shipping option I prefer. At the end of the day these aren’t huge issues and I always just smile and nod but they’re inconveniences I never seem to face in the other stores I go to. I exclusively ship with UPS I just really dislike the owners of this location. The customer service is abysmal.

The people who run this place are so kind and helpful. They really go the extra mile to make sure the needs of their customers are met. I couldn't be happier with the service here and I think Evergreen is lucky to have this resource. Really impressed and grateful!

I love this store! The family is so kind and always works hard to get things right. I do a lot of printing with them and they always have my orders ready before I arrive. They always remember my name and are courteous and fast-even when really busy. I will always come here for my printing and shipping needs!

I have been using this UPS store for mail and package deliveries since moving here in 2018. They have never lost a package and have always been super helpful and courteous when I have had to travel for a little over a month, with holding all my packages. I know people want to complain about pricing but it has almost doubled in costs in the last few years. I would highly recommend this store.

2$ for printing a label!!! Cold people . Then tried to send a paperback book to g Germany (slow). 170$!!! Just went to post office. So much easier. 12$ and no hassle

I moved to Evergreen 3 years ago and have been using this UPS Store on a daily basis to mail products for my business since that time. I was thrilled when Dee, Sita and Rewa acquired the business - they are helpful, warm and genuinely care about their customers and the service they provide. In three years, I have NEVER had a single issue and look forward to seeing this team each day.I am surprised reading these reviews. Running down a small business because you as the customer failed to do simple things like tape your box shut, provide a box, use an address that isn't a PO Box (UPS CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES), take your return to USPS instead of UPS, is just disappointing. This family purchased a franchise that runs on small margins. If they provide tape and boxes for free to every customer that comes in unprepared - their business wouldn't survive. It may seem small to you, but when your business is shipping, you must charge for the supplies you provide, including tape.If you are not happy with the counter fees, you always have the option of printing your label at home, TAPING your box yourself and dropping it at the UPS Store. For this service, the franchisee receives $1.We are a small community. This family LIVES in our community, let's try to support small businesses, diversity and treat our fellow residents with respect and kindness rather than running them down.

I drove 30 minutes to this franchise location for UPS store and when I got there they said that the package had to be delivered via the US postal Service because it was going to a PO box. I drove another half an hour to post office that said it doesn't say PO box which is what I was trying to explain to The UPS store people. So an hour and a half of wasted driving back and forth all because a UPS store literally doesn't know how to send a simple letter. And it's not like they offered to call the US postal Service and ask them they just stated all these facts which were clearly incorrect. The scariest thing about people that are wrong and there are in charge of your mail in this case a medical license, it's not that they're wrong. I highly recommend going to the US postal Service or to the mail center in evergreen which does US postal Service and FedEx in one spot instead of going to the UPS store in evergreen.
