Robert & Associates has been filing my personal tax returns for two years, and I've always had a positive experience. Sharing my tax forms has always been simple and efficient, and my questions are always answered in a very timely manner either by email or phone call.

I had used Susanne for 3 years. My 2021 tax year was the last. I'm self employed and try to keep my costs down as well as get the best possible tax benefits. When completed my tax liability was the same as the year before even though I made less and had more deductions. I expressed my concerns several times about whether my deductions were all accounted for and was told everything was correct. Well that was not correct as the IRS found an error that saved me $1300! Not to mention her rates more than doubled and cost me $750. She said this was because she was short handed which didn't seem right since I felt the level of service was not the same. I let her know about the error and never received so much as an apology.

Susanne is a wonderfully established CPA in our mountain areas. As a banker, when customers ask for advice, her firm is the first one I give as a reference. I always know that I have given them a wonderful recommendation, and I have never had any complaints! She only hires the best, and I know that her associates give the same thorough care that she has built her business on. Along with being at the top of her game, she is very supportive of our community and is always actively giving back. There isn't anyone I would trust more with such an important job.

I turned to Robert and Associates to do my personal taxes this year. I have always done my taxes; however, there were changes to my tax liabilities/situation in 2019 that required more expertise. I met with Susanne earlier in the month. We discussed my tax situation and provided her with all the necessary documents. Given the then usual approaching tax deadline, she was very busy but quoted approximately a few weeks for completion. True to her word, my taxes were completed in that time. Overall, I am very pleased with the service. I was initially apprehensive about cost and the whole process. However, the peace of mind is well worth it. Susanne was personable and quickly put me at ease. The process was simple. We had a few emails back and forth, and she responded quickly to any questions. If you need a CPA, look no further!
