Clean area but nestled and crammed into a very tight piece of land. I guess that's what you get in Colorado.
Only one way to get in, one way to get out, and very congested with traffic.
Haven't tried it, but it looked extremely tight getting in and out if your pulling a trailer, so I wouldn't recommend this stop if you're towing.

They had some vacation essentials like refillable water bottles, sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen. I have used cleaner and dirtier restrooms in my time. The woman behind the counter was friendly and kind.

The Indian gentleman refused to let my group of 15-20 people inside to use the bathroom. But he let 3 of us inside and then locked them inside and wouldn’t let them leave. Dead serious.
