“My new husband and I really enjoyed Juniper House. It’s tucked away in the small town of Evergreen with stunning views and we got nothing but peace and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax. There are so many communal spots to enjoy the outdoors. There is no air conditioning but the mountain breeze kept us cool throughout the night. We highly recommend this boutique hotel and we can’t wait to return.”

I was organizing a reunion long weekend stay for seven families, and Lisa was gracious on the phone from the early inquiry stages, helpfully answering all my questions and of all the lodges I called. She made me feel like I was truly talking to someone who cared about my group’s experience and was flexible with our booking.

We booked almost all the available cottages and having visited each one, can confidently say that you can find a cottage that is perfect for your needs.

For the couples looking for a romantic getaway, stay at Enchanted with the high vaulted ceiling, or Gracious with the jetted bath tub.

For families with children, there's Jubilee with a large living area space, and Bountiful with a ladder that leads to a lofted space - perfect for "bedtime sleepover dance parties".

There’s wonderful common areas - fireplace to gather around, hot tub to enjoy the chilly evening, pergola to eat communally, and a large grass area for children and pets to play. Not to mention the fantastic landscaping and the chickens with great names!

Tommy and Lisa are always just a phone call away, each room smells clean when you enter, and do read the binder in each room! There’s fantastic information about the lodge, and importantly, pages of take out options, some of which are just 3 mins drive away.

I would be delighted to stay at Alpen Way again anytime, and the other families in my group say the same.
