I've been going to Everfit for a couple of years now and am so happy with the results! I thought I would have to quit snowboarding because of a weak core, but through slow movement strength training, I'm back to black diamonds. Rachel is so personable and knowledgeable. Its a pleasure to work out with her.

Rachel does a great job customizing the workouts to the individual client’s needs. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all, I can complete my workout during my lunch break.

I love Rachel and the EverFit20 workout. The workout is perfect for my busy schedule........in and out in 30 minutes, once a week. What's not to like about that! I know I need a weight workout for my overall health and this is a safe and easy way to get it in. Rachel is wonderful to work with and really knows her stuff, plus she is just enjoyable to work with. I recommend Rachel and EverFit20 to all my friends.

The BEST strength workout. I've been doing this for years and hope to continue indefinitely. I've had back trouble my whole life, but doing this workout regularly manages it completely. I'm stronger than I thought I'd ever be, and more physically confident. I can't overstate how impactful working with Rachel has been for me: absolutely key to my health and fitness! She and Steve are great, knowledgeable trainers. Trust the process and lift as hard (and slowly!) as you can!

Within months of starting these workouts, I noticed changes in my body with muscle definition. Not going to lie, being able to get the results from two 20 minute workouts a week is a real positive. My whole body is much stronger.
