Amazing service and kind staff!! We had a last minute need for pressing a flower girl dress for a wedding and they did it the same day for a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend and go there again!!

Kindest customer service we've ever had for dry cleaning! We also used Elk Meadow for alterations to a semi-formal gown. Taking a very long all the way around hem to higher in front/lower and longer in the back was a tricky ask that was pulled off perfectly! The hem looks like it was always a high/low and the stitching is just as good as (if not better than) original.Service: Alterations

We've been going to Elk Meadow Cleaners for 10 years. We love them. We've never had an issue and our clothes have always been clean and pressed correctly. I feel confident that if we had an issue they would take care of it right away. They aren't cheap and when you have coupons, you have to use them when you drop off your clothes. They won't honor them after the fact (not sure why). We just had two rugs cleaned there. They look great, but it set us back quite a bit.

Very disappointed in a blouse I just picked up. It was of course wrinkled when I brought it in, but now it has wrinkles ironed into it. Frankly I have done a better job ironing it. I called to let them know, and they said that they remembered it, and it was wrinkled when I brought it in. Duh! I feel that if they knew that it didn't look good, then they didn't have to charge me the entire amount, which is not cheap by the way. They could have charged half for the cleaning, but not charged for the ironing. Now that I think of it I'm not sure why I went back there because I had taken in a flotaki rug a while back, and having had it cleaned in the past I was expecting it look like it had then. However, I couldn't really tell that it had been cleaned at all. I was able to get some of the dirt out of it after bringing it back from the cleaners. So, why did I go back there? It was handy, and I was in a hurry. Not recommended.
