Evergreen is beautiful

We moved to Evergreen over the summer and had a very large sectional that did not fit in our new home. The couch was 1.5 years old, was purchased from Restoration Hardware for $18,750, and came from a smoke free/pet free home. We were excited to donate to EChO and help out a future family. However, when the team came to pick it up, they said it was "slightly discolored" (the color was called Dove and was an off-white/gray mix) and refused the donation. We turned around and sold it for $10,500.So sad how they pick and choose who can donate.

Outrageously priced “thrift” store. Seems to been even more expensive after their move to this new location. Either lower your prices or change the concept to an antique store.

The other mediocre reviews are on point. This place has potential but it needs an overhaul. Overpriced items, weird mix of styles. Mostly clothes and household items. And horrible service; the robotic old lady at the counter was incapable of offering decent customer service. Will not be back!

It smells funky and the clothes are overpriced. $10 for a Kathy Ireland top? Homey don't play that. This was one of the few times in my 30 year span of visiting thrift stores (naturally started shopping at them when I was in the womb) that I left without buying anything. Bonus for them having home goods for a reasonable price.

Lovely little resale shop in SW Evergreen. But. Almost everything I asked about was for their own displays and not for sale! Darn

I'm disappointed. I wanted to buy something and support this local thrift shop, but I ended up leaving empty handed. Everything was ridiculously expensive, especially considering that these exorbitant prices are for *donated* items. We're talking 5+ year old Old Navy dresses for more than they cost new; $100+ for cheap beat-up posters in scuffed frames. If it were a boutique? Ok. An antique shop? Sure, do what you want. If I had to guess, the pricing is out of control because employees are finding similar items online and using that as a guide... without bearing in mind that those sellers have the entire internet as their audience. Such a shame.

Echo just opened up a new store and I still can’t figure out if it’s larger of smaller than their previous space. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous at this location. They had heavy traffic on Saturday and Monday but many customers were walking out empty handed and just went over to EAPL thrift store. I’m not familiar with the staff here but they were extremely rude, the old location had the sweetest ladies at the front. I will say everything is more aesthetically pleasing but with the prices I’m seeing I don’t see them selling much. For example they had a picture from with the original store sticker price of $29.99 and they are selling it for $70. I donated a mirror I got from hobby lobby and on the tag they claimed it’s an antique and tripled the price.

I was kicked out of this thrift store for not wearing a mask despite having a recognized and legitimate medical exemption. This is despite over a dozen visits prior where no one said a word, especially after I mentioned my exemption, despite the Jeffco order acknowledging medical exemptions in their mask order, despite the CDC recently acknowledging that cloth masks DO NOT stop the spread of virus particles, and of course despite the fact that I am not currently ill.Of course I will honor their request and leave, and unless the owner of this store reaches out to assure me that this was nothing more than a power trip from an employee following completely out-of-date protocols, I will continue stay away, even once the mask orders are fully rescinded.Echo is discriminatory against people for their private medical history and has no problem sending a heavily pregnant woman out the door in tears, I hope you will consider spending your money at a store and supporting a charity that doesn’t engage in harmful discrimination rather than this one.

Outrageous! My family and I have been coming to this thrift store for years and I’m sorry to say I will not be back until things change. The atmosphere is stuffy and uninviting! My mom and I were kicked out for our masks being below our nose! This is such a sad day!!! As we left we saw one of the clerks with her mask down! I am so sad that I cannot support this type of behavior against free will and what in my opinion is actually healthy. This business and their staff are not even taking medical exemptions into count when dictating their rules.

This business puts politics before the very mission they claim. We’ve been going for years and will never again donate a penny. There are better places to give your charity.Disgusting. You should be ashamed to call yourselves Christians.
