Stylist: Peggy was very helpful getting my hair cut

I got a hair cut. I wanted my fried ends cut off and add some layers to my hair. I also wanted some leverage and not my hair cut straight in one direction. I got the opposite. The woman was very nice but my hair got cut more than I wanted to and I got two layers. My hair has no leverage and is choppy and straight and it looks like I have a jellyfish cut because of how she did my layers which was two. It is also uneven and when I put my hair in a ponytail, one side is chopped more than the other. I just set an appointment somewhere else to get it fixed and pay more to get more leverage cause that’s what I wanted. My hair will be even shorter when getting it fixed and I wanted to keep the length of my hair. I know it’s just hair but I asked for simple things and it turned to be the opposite.

The shop was clean and inviting. Peggy and Marcy are always GREAT! Great customer service!! Always do a great job. Definitely worth the drive to the Evergreen Shop. Was very sad to see the Conifer shop was closed.

I was thinking of going here to get my hair cut, by someone other than my mother who was a beautician, for the first time in my life. I am apprehensive to say the least. I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE (I suggest you don't either) due to the fact that the woman I spoke to, Peggy, seemed to be bothered by my phone call. Any question I asked was met with an attitude akin to a teen that's asked how their day at school was. She was just this side of rude, and it was evident she couldn't care less about my trepidation or inquiries. Guess she's not interested in my money either. Her loss.

Ana completely messed me up, went in and asked for a simple hair cut and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She did absolutely nothing to try to even resemble the picture, and instead she gave me lopsided and completely uneven sides (one side at least an inch longer than the other) then she used scissors and gave me the borderline equivalent of a buzz cut on top, (even though I said I didn’t want anything off the top) and then she started cutting my bangs, and immediately after the first chop of the scissors she asked me if I even wanted my bangs cut. I did not answer her because I was already starting to tear up, and I just let her finish up. This took all of five minutes before she frantically rushed me out of the store so she could have another cigarette. This was BY FAR THE WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE and no one should ever go to this location
