I get nothing but a pleasant reception and excellent service from everyone at this branch. And while a big bank is a big bank, I'm 99% satisfied with the services I receive from Chase.

I am giving Chase bank who normally I really love one star if I could give them no stars I would’ve done that. I have been the victim of my debit card hacked three times in eight weeks when I called the fraud department I can barely understand them they say they filed the claim and then they don’t. .They have not reached out to me to let me know why and how this keeps happening and why charges at 2:30 in the morning from another country aren’t flagged. I am sorry to say I will be leaving Chase bank. I’ve been with them since 2006.The people at this branch have been lovely to me always this isn’t directed at them. They are just a messenger. This is Chase Bank is a business. They make it extremely hard to talk to anybody when you’re in crisis all they keep doing is directing you to the Internet, sometimes you need to talk to a human especially in crisis and so again for that I’m truly giving them negative stars if that

The people at this Chase were amazing. I am not a Chase customer but wanted to get some cash without driving down the hill. The manager, Keith, suggested a way for me to accomplish my task for free. The teller was friendly and great, Keith was so helpful. It was a wonderful experience that if I ever decided to move my banking needs, this is where I would go.

We had a great experience at this Chase branch after making an appointment at the Vail Branch (which turned out to be temporarily closed). We literally ran in with 5 minutes to spare to complete a wire transfer to close on our house. The staff got the wire out before 3pm and we are so grateful!

Can't talk to a human about getting an appointment for a change of name for an account. They have a recording saying they are helping other people and to call the 800 number. Those people (who speak with accents) call the number, and disconnect themselves from my call so they can't hear the non-response. Very aggravating. I guess I need to drive down to that branch and see if they are even open to make an appointment. Terrible service.

I never have a good experience at the Evergreen Chase bank. I moved to Evergreen a year ago from Boulder. The Boulder branch was excellent and we never had an issue. From our first experience here our banking service was subpar. We call and no one answers the phone, we go in and we have to wait, and if you need other services the wait is longer. The drive-up window is impossible.
