Good value for cost. Carpet looks lovely and is quality. Mike was very flexible in working with us through every step. Areas of improvement would be to better organize or digitize their business. Paper notes are sweet though inefficient if they can't be found when the customer calls with questions to their order.

This is the 2nd time I had the pleasure of working with Mike at the Carpet Mill store on W Colfax!! What a fantastic guy, he went over and above to help us on both purchases, he was knowledgeable and very kind and respectful to my husband and I followed up on dates for installation and just made a overall effort! Great employee for sure!!!!

My carpet was put in yesterday, It is so gorgeous.. The installers did amazing.. And even did a few extra things beyond the Call of Duty.. My project has turned out perfect thanks to Carpet Mill and Michael Lowentha the salesmen.. I will be back when I do my next project..

BEWARE!!!!!!Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The salesman Michael was super disorganized from the start which should have already been a red flag but we gave him the benefit of the doubt. We measured the area to be installed at 852 sq ft. During the measuring process pre ordering he continually forgot closets and landings and had to be reminded to measure those areas saying “oh yeah.” When he was done measuring he came up with 813sq ft. When asked to remeasure he refused and insisted knew what he was doing. Low and behold on install date the installer also measure 850sq feet and said there was not enough carpet to install everything and would have to skip a few stairs and a landing. When we called Michael he be some frazzled insisting to have the installer instal it because he measures correctly and the installer didn’t know what he was talking about the hung up on us. So I went to the store where he immediately became defensive threw up his arms and pushed me off onto an already busy other salesperson so he could hide in theback of the store. She ended making it right for him and we decided to leave out a room that wasn’t being used to carpet.It took 3 more weeks for the other room to be installed. When the installer showed up he said that it takes a week to get the carpet and the order had been sitting there for a week. So Mike waited a week to order then waited another week to install. Terrible customer service unprofessional behavior. I will never buy or recommend this play to anyone.

Great customer service! The minute I walked through the door I was taken care of. They came to measure my home right away and helped me pick just the right carpet. The installation was smooth and I love the end result. Thanks for making this flooring project an easy one!

Deciding for a rug/carpet that will be in place for years to come, is not easy, but luckily I came across Mike and Donna at this carpet mill location and their expertise and advise made my decision much easier.I’m very please with my carpet and my stairs look amazing.

A terrific hassle free Carpet buying experience. From Donna the saleswoman to Miguel the installer, the professionalism was excellent. The price was right and the product of excellent quality.I would certainly recommend Carpet Mill in Lakewood for all your interior flooring needs.
