It’s nice to have this store in Evergreen. The staff is great. The only issue I have is with their power tool return policy. I avoid buying power tools from Big R

I called to find out for a walk in who owned a 98 Ranger to find out if they had a metric nut that he needed for the transmission. I can't remember their names but got speedy service to their hardware guy to find out they do sell metric nuts in different threads and sizes. Thanks folks at Big R!
