Don't bank here. Their fraud alert will regularly block normal everyday transactions (post office, grocery store, etc). So frustrating to not be able to spend MY MONEY with my debit card. I'll be switching banks asap if this continues!

Do not use this bank! It does not matter to them if you are in the hospital and can not use your debit card they will still take a service charge. The worst customer service when it comes to getting answers. If zero was a possible rating I would give it to them.

THIS IS THE WORST BANK IN COLORADO! Bank of the West is DEAD. Always closed randomly during banking hours and they hold your money hostage and lie about it.

Is zero stars not available??? I don't have words for how terrible the customer (lack of) service is here. Go anywhere else, put cash in your mattress... anything is a better option than banking here where they find any opportunity to charge you fees and hold your money hostage. I'm an adult, I should be able to choose how, when, where and why I need to spend my money without the over reaching control and monitoring. Ugh!!! Bank of the WORST!

Do not do your business banking with this bank. We have banked with them for 20 years and can't get our PPP application processed or even put in the que. The service has been marginal for awhile and this is the final straw for us.

I don’t come to this branch often which I will never do again, however as a banking customer I would at least expect to be treated with some decency. Being told by the representative Serena and supposedly a bank manager I’ll will process this but not right now and will let you know when I do. Telling me there’s just too many people in front of you now ?!? This is completely unacceptable. I will be reaching out to the corporate office about this !

My father banks there and is blind and older. The bank mgr. Scott and his staff have been 'wonderful" in helping my father. I and my father, are extremely happy with the banks Customer Service! I would recommend them to everyone! THANK YOU! It is tough enough on him and they and Mr. Purcell make life easier for both of us!!!

I for one completely disagree with the lower comments. This branch overflows with friendliness. Everyone knows you by name, and I am always thanked for banking with them. If I were to open up any new accounts it would only be with Bank of the West. Thank you for your years of great service.

I live right near this branch so I opened an account here. For even the simplest transaction, t's worth the 10 minute drive to the location near Home Depot and Wal-Mart . I don't know what the story is with the Evergreen Branch, but it's usually like walking into a bank in a third world country. There may not be anyone on line for a teller but they still make you wait a long time. Even the ATM machine is often out of envelopes. The service at this branch is just plain poor.
