Purchased a new Gulfstream Vintage Crusier from The Great Outdoors RV. They were they only dealer near New Mexico had had any in stock. We worked with Ponch, who was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with when showing us the unit. Their pricing was the lowest in the country. I searched far and near. We received the unit and had a thorough walk through with Jed, who answered all my questions. And finally, worked with Tim in financing, who was a pleasure to work with great communication and details. All three made for a great purchasing experience. Thank you to all that worked with us.

TGORV has handled three warranty issues I had with my Rockwood camper. They were successful in presenting the claim for warranty work resulting in no cost to me. Dustin, in the Service Department, kept me updated on the progress of the claims and then the on how the repairs were coming along. Should you need service work on you RV don't hesitate to consult with TGORV.

Our positive interactions with the team at TGORV began when David from Sales contacted us about a significant price drop on a GeoPro model that we looked at several months earlier. We decided to buy it.
The learning curve to owning our first RV seemed daunting. That curve started on delivery day. Ted discussed the systems and reversed our trailer hitch from a drop to a raise so it towed level. He said their inspection revealed a missing cargo door latch and that a new one was on order. Jeff in Parts was a wealth of knowledge concerning accessories that a new RV owner wouldn't have but are needed like a dump tank hose, potable water hose, surge protector, toilet paper etc. Prices were comparable to Walmart.
The trailer was parked in our driveway that weekend as we tried out the systems for campground and dry camping. Rockwood provided an owner manual including references to YouTube videos on their website and a binder of mfg manuals for the systems specific to our trailer. During this process we discovered our water pump was not working properly.
I contacted Service, and Dustin expedited an appointment for within two days, given that we had just taken possession. Dustin looked at the pump valves and could not find a obvious solution so we left the trailer there. I had been looking at weight distributing hitch and sway bar systems online and Jeff stocked the Curt 4-point system that I was most interested in. A week later week later we picked up the trailer and got the hitch. Dustin's team had located and corrected the pump problem and installed the truck's new hitch and sway bars. The trailer tows great! Parts and Service continue to be a great source of information when we call with questions. If we have to leave a message they get back to us the same day.

I purchased a 2022 Connect RV from The Great Outdoors last year and every time I need any warranty work or maintenance done Johnny is always on top of it .Last couple weeks he was updating me with the progresses and Johnny always went above and beyond with everything I Appreciate working with Johnny because he takes care of his customers and treated me like Family not to mention when he did his walk around with me he explained everything with detail on the work that has been done and answers all my questions.

The Great Outdoors RV service department is very customer friendly and do whatever they can to make our RV service as painless as possible. A special shoutout to Johnny! He was great to work with and even offered some important tips for using our camper. Taught us the importance of using the auto level feature. Brought it home and it works like a charm! Thank you Johnny and The Great Outdoors RV for getting our camper repaired.

On 7-23-24, I visited The Great Outdoors RV Company in Greeley, Colorado. I needed to purchase a part for my camper trailer. Noah, John and Jeff helped me at the parts counter. They gave me great service as we located the necessary part that I needed. The next day I had a technical question about the part I purchased. I called to talk with Dustin, the technician in the service department. I left him a message to call me he could. Later that day, he returned my call and answered all the questions I had. In my experience, I received great customer service, and rate this service 5 stars.

Have dealt with a few RV dealerships and TGORV has ranked far above any of them. Especially Johnny McIntosh in service. Be explains everything that they have done and giving tips on what to do if any situation that may crop up in the future. Best ever.
