Called ahead of time to get tires mounted and balanced that I bought on line. They said they could do it to come in. I loaded them up in my truck. Got there and they said they couldn’t do it because I didn’t buy them there. Probably a blessing in disguise now that I read reviews.

Decided to get my tired installed at Sam’s club. It was some young guy that just threw the tires on with out balancing them, with out installing them correctly. Just saying it was making a horrible noise when I picked it up and told me it was okay. It was not okay. I brought it back the next day and the manager actually did something about it to fix it.

Told me the tires I purchased wouldn't fit on my truck which was incorrect. Went to discount tire and got the same tires for cheaper and once installed had no rub. Not knowledgeable at all. Also, Customer service was absolute trash.

Purchased glasses from optical department in 2019. Paid my part of the glasses charge and my insurance paid the rest. All information for insurance and billing was done by the Sams Optical employee at the time of purchase. Now, 18 months later, I receive a bill from Sams optical stating that I owe them an additional $70 because the billing was not done right! I might have reconsidered my purchase if the full charge was disclosed at the time, but to come back a year and a hal

Worst costumer service I was really disappointed how they treated me and as well as the staff members they were very disrespectful and have no communication skills I will never go to this sams club it's ridiculous how they don't know how to treat a costumer or communication skills!!

I get going this morning early and swing by Sam's to pick up a few items. Arrive about 9:20 and apparently the store isn't open for low life's like me. It's open for "Plus" members only. So you want me to pay extra to go to a terrible part of town and shop in a mediocre box store? Sams, you lost a sale today and you lost future sales as well as a membership renewal. Greeley desperately needs a Costco. Slay this dragon.

It's awesome that all of the staff wear masks and are super courteous but is clear the store has no issue with customers not wearing masks even though state mandated. Was in there today and am estimating that at least 30% of customers weren't wearing masks. If this important to you would recommend staying clear of the Sam's Club in Greeley and driving to Loveland where there seems to be better compliance.

Thank you for the opportunity to get some shopping done. Opening early, getting things ready and having some treats ready for us at the door. You all made this a fantastic experience. The store is a standard store but at no time ever do they have someone in store to do mobile sales. Unless it's Christmas time. Once a year they have someone to makes sales this is all of Colorado stores. It's beyond disappointing.

Miya at the front door is a very poor choice to be customer facing. Very rude and full of drama! Management by the name of Jeremy maybe worse! They would greatly benefit with customer service training. How embarrassing for Sam’s Club to have employees like these two.

After being lied to about this club not servicing Dually's(this is where I bought the tires), was forced to talk to an assistant manager. Asked him to provide to me the policy saying duallys are unserviceable and proved him wrong. After waiting for quite a while, was called over with their next excuse that they can not balance the same tires they balanced 3 months ago when they were bought new... laziness.
