What a great experience from inquiring about units to actually renting a space. Rodney is the Manager of the facility, and he is EXCELLENT!!! He is nice, helpful, and kind. He answered all my questions and some I did not even think of. He put my fears to rest and guided me through the process. He definitely is customer first. When Rodney said, " I am here for you" He means it. The facility is clean, and he cares about your experience as well as the owner's property. If you are in need of a storage space I would highly and strongly recommend Mod Box in Evans, Colorado for all your storage needs.

Facilities are clean and secure and well cared for. Prices are reasonable. Getting a unit rented was very streamlined. Most importantly, Rodney was very helpful and professional.

This man Rodney is the most polite amazing man . He is definitely all about his people I will recommend this place to everyone I know who might need a storage unit it's this best place yet as far as I am concerned and if ever there is anything at all I can help with mister Rodney please let me know . I would be more then happy to assist. Thank you your amazing and thank u for helping me at the times of my heartbreak please forgive me for the long wait on the review life is trying my patience but it will not win.

Had a great experience with ModBox Storage in Evans, CO. Rodney was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I felt like he was working to make sure my storage needs were met for the best deal. The facility is clean, and the attention to security is top notch. I also appreciate that the facility has staff available on Saturdays. And with call center hours seven days a week, I know there is someone I can talk to outside of office hours. Thanks Rodney!
