We've had issues in the past with associates promising credits and discounts that we ended up having to spend hours on the phone with customer support to get resolved. This time however, there was an issue with our account and it took longer than usual to upgrade our phones to the S24s, and the associates apologized. They ended up waiving a few fees for the inconvenience and helped us out tremendously. The new management at this store is MUCH better.”

“Sky was amazing to work with. VERY professional but had a great sense of humor, and was a pure joy to work with. I had purchased an Apple watch and was adding it to my account and she went through everything with me to make sure I understood. The watch battery was drained completely so I had to charge it for a bit, but when it did turn on everything was done and it worked perfectly. I was more impressed with her responding when i texted her to let her know everything was working great. I work in computers and technology and was very impressed with how easily and simply she broke everything down for me during my visit. Many customers I deal with always seem to have horror stories after visiting any cellular store. She even went out of her way to see if there were any additional ways to save money or deals that I could benefit from. She wasn't pushy about anything and allowed me to choose what worked best for me. I will go back and work with her in the future without hesitation.
