There is very little ethics in this place, they always try to get more money from you, and you take your car for one thing, they always want you to install another thing to charge you more than they should. In short, they are "tricks" I took my car to get it aligned and they told me that I needed some screws to be able to align it and they charged me almost 300 to put them on. I bought them at autozone and put them on. They cost me 20dlls. I took it to align it and as they aligned it they left it the same. I took it back and they left it the same. They didn't do anything to it and they didn't. They gave me my money back, according to them, the car was wrecked and that's why it didn't hold up well, it's worth saying that it had all new suspension.Service: Auto tire replacement

Tried to take my vehicle to get a alignment done and it seemed like they didn’t want my business because they said that they were all booked up but yet they don’t schedule appointments they close at 7pm I took my vehicle at 2:30. They told me their alignments take two hours other places told me it only takes an hour to do an alignment, so obviously they don’t know what they’re doing at Chihuahua tire I would not recommend getting any type an alignment done there they definitely are unorganize there and lack of communication to customers when information is needed on schedules or time frame

They took a really long time to to put a tire on a rim over 2 hours just for that and to top it off the cap of the rim is rattling where they obviously didn’t tighten it enough. Really frustrating because you think it’s going to be the same experience as the store in Denver but even the workers look like they don’t know what they’re doing. Two of the guys were really nice but that isn’t going to justify the ugly work I got done on ONE TIRE.
