Pumps don't work sales clerk Dixie doesn't do job and acts like you don't know what you're doing I'm pushing a button causing you to be out of your money for several days.......
After working all day I stopped in to get gas 1030pm at pump 11 pump doesn't take my card.... so I got to go inside I walk inside prepaid $32 they give me this authorization code go back to the pump pump don't work won't let me select gas tried it three times...... I go asked the lady (Dixie) can she switch me pumps she refuses says she'll check As if I don't know how to push a button... walks out there does the same exact thing I did with the same result of Nothing and then it says canceled cuase it timed out now she tells me I can't get my money back goes back card so I got to wait 3 to 5 days for my money to go back to my damn card....... Sense I don't get paid till Friday with my kids and bills I don't even have enough money to get 10 gallons of gas now until that money comes back!
They need to put a sign on pump not working and clerks need listen when you tell them the pump not working move me pumps..... not cause your stuff to time cancel out by walking all the way out there as if Don't know how to push a button and anything going to be different!

Just stopped in for a simple soda for the drive home but couldn’t even get a lid for my fountain drink. Guy inside says they just sent someone to another store to get “more”. Needless to say I had to drive home disappointed and soaked in soda.

The outside billboard say E15 is priced at $2.93. The pumps are priced at $3.29. Upon mentioning this discrepancy to the attendant, she thanked me for reporting it & she'd take care of it. 3 hours later, the price discrepancy is still there.
This is FALSE ADVERTISING! This is against the law! FIX THIS NOW!

Sign says 2.71 but when you pull up to the pump it's actually 3.19

The price on the signs was .16 cheaper than what I got charged at the pump. I brought it to the managers attention. She blamed the overnight shift and went to fixing the signs. She said she couldn't/wouldn't refund the difference and did not offer to do anything else. All I can say is double check before you pump.

Yesterday, February 20, 2024 at about 15:00, I stopped to quickly fill up with gas before a trip to Denver International Airport. The money was counted at the pump,,,$29.00. The money was counted as I walked in the door...$29.00. I handed the cash to a young lady and told her $29.00 on pump 6. I then exited, after she said, "Have a good day." As I finished pumping the gas, she approached me with a $5.00 bill in her hand and explained that I had given her $34.00. I asked her name. It was Jess. Jess, thank you for your honesty and above and beyond service. I would have never known that I made that mistake and am so grateful that you came all the way out to return that. You are truly to be commended for your strong character and service to your customers and Kum & Go. Thank you so much. You have restored my faith in humanity.

I hate this place with a passion. I used to walk there from my apartment all the time, but the employees are consistently rude. On my most recent trip the male manager watched me the entire time, I looked back because I could feel him watching me and he just stared at me. Then this female employee told me to hurry up and pay, and when I told her I still needed to pick out a bag of chips she back peddled and said she was told to watch me for shoplifting because I was taking too long. I wasn’t shop lifting nor would I, but I guess they were so concerned about it they thought yelling at me to hurry up was the solution. I paid for the snacks I picked out and left after that, even though I wasn’t done yet. I have an eating disorder which makes it really hard to make decisions about food, so I was admittedly in there a while, but I wasn’t being disrespectful or loud. the whole experience was so bad that I’ve started driving across the highway to the quick trip instead of walking to the Kum and Go. The employees at quick trip are nice and don’t look like they want to kill themselves or me. Cannot say the same for Kum and go. In conclusion I will gladly Go but don’t expect me to ever Kum again.

When I went to Kum and go I bought coffee and cigs. But when went register they guy was high. but cutie blonde girl made up for it she took over rug me up. The guy was so high that didn't know what doing I stood there try see if I should report him in morning to manger.But it very clean in building tho. This was at 330 am on friday nov 10, 2023.

At least four employees all working in the morning, but coolers are empty, store is dirty, and other issues. What are all those people doing? As soon as the new Quik Trip opens across the street, all those employees will be watching their business go there. Maybe then they will get something done.

By the County Officials apparently this place does not allow pets at all unless it's a service Animal!!!So avoid bringing any animal into this store before you get a fine and kicked out of the store completley.Came to this station for many years now in my neighborhood and I have never felt monitored and discriminated like I have with a certain employee here.Everyone treats me and my family well until I encounter this person I get a bad vibe every time.

Evening staff is unfriendly, rude, and unapproachable. I had gotten approval to wait on their lot in my bobtail while my trailer was being loaded near by. Approval came from day shift staff. Day shift failed to communicate this to evening shift and they called local police on me.
