Wish you guys would answer phones or check voicemails. I tried calling to speak with someone or at least leave a message, but I just kept receiving a automated recording or being told that the voicemail box is full. The dog I was interested in is gone, now, which bums me out. I'm happy for the dog, I hope they went to a great home, but geez man, I wish I could have at least received an opportunity to meet him.

Great experience! I spotted a kitten on their website Tuesday evening and arranged to arrive at noon yesterday. I was able to meet him quickly and got time to play with him before deciding he was coming home with me. He’d arrived with a sister, but she had been adopted Tuesday. My family and I decided to travel to the Larimer campus as soon as we finished up to grab him a new sister. Both locations were amazing. They keep thorough health records and their adoption fees are very reasonable. As I leave this review, I have two happy balls of fur purring on my lap.

The conditions they keep their animals in is unjustifiable and inhumane, they don’t check very well for illness or diseases. I got a cat here which was soon diagnosed with cancer after they gave me a clean bill of health. Very tiny cages very close together, barely room to stand up and lay down. The workers are nice but the conditions these animals have to deal with is heartbreaking.

This place uses shady tactics, our family was there when a dog came in off the street, were there when he was checked in, was told he had to go through medical and evaluation after the grace period to find owners, if not he would be put up for adoption, we checked website 20 times a day, stopped in multiple times a week and called multiple times a week, then today we stop in and see how the evaluation was going, and was told he was transferd to ft Collins and adopted out, without even having him posted for adoption at either place, because we have been on it at both places so something doesn't add up. Dog just dissappears into thin air, my guess is an employee got dibbs or something. Thats pretty cruel to put a family through this that have been waiting since the very second he came through the door as a stray. Thats pretty low of you guys to do that!

Drove about 4 hours to pick up my new pup, they are definitely a busy shelter, but the animals seemed well cared for, and so far she’s been absolutely perfect!

They sure do know sure do know how to put on a show for the community but I'm sure people can tell them animals get mistreated in that prison the call a shelter.

Why every time I call I don't get nobody on the phone and I can't leave a voicemail because it's full?

We found our furr family. Staff was super kind. Wish they had more than one room for Cat Visitation, but all in all great experience.
