“Love this store. Usually has what I'm looking for. You can always call ahead of going there to check whatever it is that I needed. That's where I witnessed the Awesome Customer Service, They took the time to thoroughly check for what I needed , when going into the store, I was treated very kindly, was shown the products available and they carried it to the check out. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Try them out, If you've never done business with them, you'll be happy you did.”

“I love the new Dollar General! It's so clean and it's so easy to find what I'm looking for. I love the new products; better quality than they used to be. The food section is more complete with a wide variety of products. The prices are still low, but you don't feel like you're buying cheap products. My only complaint is that they no longer carry pajama bottoms. I've been buying them for years at Dollar General, but now I'll have to go somewhere else for them. I've moved across town and there are Dollar Generals closer to me, but I will always drive over to the 8th Avenue store because April and the store make it worth it!”

“Great place to shop for the things you love at a Deeply Discounted Price that you won't find anywhere else! The staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming as well, which makes for an even better shopping experience! The store is clean and very well organized, with so many treasures to find! There's definitely something for everyone!!! The check out lines are quick as well. The location is also great, with many other stores nearby to take care of all your shopping needs.”

“4 stars.. no star for the sour puss of a manager(think her name is Michelle?) Man, if she hates her job that bad she shouldn't be there. I think her face would break if she ever cracked a smile. Rudest so called manager I've ever encountered. She looks miserable and as looks as if she hates life. I feel bad for whoever has to work a shift with her I bet it's hell. All other employees there are sweet and welcoming!”

“I shop here on a daily basis as it is the only shopping within walking distances and they have a pretty good basic overall selection and always have really awesome last minute sales and clearances on clothes and home goods ! Let’s be honest here folks things are strapped for most financially and this is a fine store to meet in the middle!”
