I was not only mislead into buying not just one but apparently 2 expensive phone plan lines after I was very specific of the plan/phones I wanted and what was explained to me is not what I got.
Returning to the store, the young lady Unwilling to help and fix this in any way only demanding more money to fix my account even after admitting that she caused this mess up on my account. Admitting she promoted the expensive plan out of habit and explaining there is nothing she can do unless I dish out more money. The frustration, the misleading posters vs what is done in the store and her admission to putting me on the wrong plan but being unwilling to fix it in any way unless I as she said " Pay activation fees and everything all over to port my plan within boost mobile and change it to the plan I originally asked for". This is the last I will ever step foot in this store. I feel as if I have been robbed as I was never even provided the receipt I asked for. Trying the store on 16th Street I hope it gets better from here i was close to leaving Boost mobile yesterday. Maybe a suggestion of double checking before submitting.

I was served in a timely matter and my issue was resolved promptly. Customer service was great and I felt very welcomed. I would recommend this Boost Location.

Had problems with phone the worker said I was out of data NOT. This one was on 23rd Ave I went to the one on 16th they found problem fixed it and no charge. That's were I ll do business

Called the store to ask for help. I called the store only to be told to call 611 from my phone. That they couldnt help which isnt true bcz theyve helped before in the store. So i called 611 after over an hour of trying to figure out how to reach a human which is next to impossible i was met with someone who spoke such broken english that communication was impossible. I did my very best politely and for 30 minutes it just wasnt possible. I politely asked the representative to not be offensive if there was another person i might please speak with? And they hung up on me. So i called the store back only to be met with an individual who had an accent. He did not seem unintelligble. So i proceded to explain my dilema as i was needing to understand why i got billed back to back different amounts and my phone was still saying i owed a balance. Also my phone was telling me i was out of data after only two days and a few months ago a rep said not to worry its a glitch. Well the glitches seem to be affecting my billing now so im worried. As soon as I explained my difficulty getting through to a human being and then the language barrier the rep clearly got offended and hung up on me. I attempted to call back but they refused to answer my call. I will now be taking my business back to verizon as this was my fear when i started this service over a year ago. This is the last straw starting where i was told for no reason i now would go from unlimited data to limited data at the same price and have no choice in the matter and also told my service would now be worse so i wouldnt recieve reception while in my home. No thanks. There is a very real problem in this country when people have to sacrifice customer service or being able to communicate a language barrier without being treated like I was being offensive for communicating that I need to understand the individual who Im speaking with or its awkward and uncomfortable. I dont mind an accent. However when its completely impossible to make out a word thats an issue.

I usally go to this store being closer to my house but they don't really seem to have things in stalk. Went in 2 different times for a new SIM card finally had to go to a different location.

Absolutely horrible!! I barely give bad reviews but this one sure deserves it. It's like they dont even know what they are doing.. it takes about an hour to service you, and ontop of that they dont know what to do. Save your time and DO. NOT. COME. HERE.
