Woodlands On Fall River is a great place to stay with a spectacular and peaceful outdoor setting right on the river. The location is amazing, with beautiful river views and sound, and is within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and just minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The suites and apartments are comfortable, perfectly arranged, and well-stocked, featuring cozy beds, soft sheets, a decently stocked kitchen, and a nice shower. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and top notch. While there is no air-conditioning, the nights are often cool. The value for the money is good and reasonable. Guests can enjoy the peaceful river setting, though some amenities like the hot tub may not always be operational. With simple self check-in, it is a highly recommended spot for a relaxing visit.
It was truly spectacular. The suite was perfectly arranged and the outdoor setting peaceful and gorgeous. The staff was top knotch.So cutioys and helpful.We will be back .Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. The property manager was welcoming. Beautiful river view and sound. KEEP IN MIND THERE IS NO AIR-CONDITIONING. Being from Texas, I was very worried about it However, the nights were cool/cold, with lows from the 40's to the 50's. Very Nice. Sweater weather... Highly recommend it.
